They were added the evening 2.4 came out. So maybe your version is old? 1.40 is the current - released 1st April 2008. Versions prior to 1.4 don't quite work right with 2.4 either so upgrading is advisable.
If you do have a current version then please say as I may well have made a typo or something making those not work.
Hmmm, interesting -- I run WAU religiously, especially after a patch. I'll double-check the next time we're there.
One minor addition: you probably haven't added two flasks yet that became available with patch 2.4. Shattrath Flask of Pure Death and Shattrath Flask of Blinding Light. A shadow priest in our raid had the former but he was pinged as not having a flask or two elixirs.
