    thanks for the reply Phanx

I did try out the things you suggested before posting (besides the cache-clearing), with no sucess
but as it was working for you I did try some more testing

I'm guessing you tried the 1st macro, right?

as it turns out, it works when alone on an empty bar, but when I put the second macro in, it makes both macro producing the error message
with this found out, I tought the problem is with the 2nd macro, and fooled around with it a bit, and I realised, that the /castrandom (mounts) part was causing the problem. With /cast and 1 mount, it works just fine :))

So, all in all, I can use IB2 now, yay :))

    thanks again for the helping

EDIT: as with further testing, it seems if any macro on any bar contains "/castrandom [nostance]any spells/items", all of the shapeshift abilities (called from a macro or casting them via spellbook) will produce the above error when using IB

btw when using custom button layout and setting the button positions individually, is there any way to make different setups for different pages/stances/shapeshift forms?
(as in: bar in caster form: [b1][b2][b3] [b4][b5]
same bar in bear form: [b1][b2] [b3][b4][b5])

Heya, I have some trouble with using some macros together with IB2
I am using the following druid shapeshift macro:
/cast [button:1,nostance] Dire Bear Form; [button:2, nostance] Cat Form
/cancelaura [stance:1] Dire Bear Form; [stance:3] Cat Form

which simply casts one of the 2 feral forms on left/right click and cancels it if already in one of those forms

when using this with IB, whether from an original blizz macro or on an embedded macro button, I get the following error message (also unable to click the errormessage away until shifted back to caster form):
    Interface\AddOns\InfiniBar-2.0\MacroSupport.lua:133:Usage:GetItemInfo(itemID|"name"|"itemlink")

the macro works fine with any other barmod or blizz defaut bars ofc
any suggestions about what could couse this problem?

The above error is still around, anyone experiencing similar problems? Anyone maybe know how to fix?

also when shapeshifted, IB can't get the correct icons for the actual form, only displays the "?" symbol

the macro works fine with any other barmod or blizz defaut bars ofc
a similar macro with travel/flight/waterform/mount gives the same error...
any suggestions about what could couse this problem?

also, I have a question: is it possible to show spell/ability cooldown text on the buttons with dogtag? Can't find out how to do it...

    thanks

EDIT: a feature request: uniquely (differently) sizeable buttons within a button group / unique button spacing, I really would like those to have

posted a message on PitBull 2.0
I already posted this suggestion once, but got not much response, so here it goes again:

would it be possible to add more raid grouping alternatives besides the present by class / by raid group grouping?

my idea would be to add grouping by pre-defined raid jobs. This would give 5 groups (tank, melee, ranged, healer and unknown), where you could assign each of the 4 jobs to a player, and those unassigned going into the 5th, unknown grp.

this grouping would be the most efficient setup in raids I could imagine, so I think this would be a great addition.

don't know how hard / time-consuming would be to code that, but with even very simple interface (like manually editing the player-job associations) I could see this to go popular very fast

so, any opinions on this one? the suggestion is also on the jira

posted a message on Pitbull - Raid sorting
Hmm, can I lend this topic for a question, as it's also about raid grouping?

I really wish for a possibility in Pitbull to set the grouping sorted by raiding roles (instead the now possible raidgroup/class sorting), that is 4 groups (tank, healer, ranged, melee).

One way to do this would be if the group sorting could be done by guild ranks (my guils is using different ranks for each roles).

An even more perfect way would be if there would be an option to add a value to each known player (this stored in a database), that sets his role. In this case a 5th (unknown role) group would be needed.

I know ofc that these ideas would be all new features, the second solution could be nicely done as an addon to pitbull more than a core feature.

I think lot of ppl would like to have a setup like this. What do you guys think? How hard do you think this would be to code? Maybe someone got inspiration to try to make it? :)
