Not feasible unless you were nearby for every kill.

    Unless Capping used sync messages...

There's an updated DamageMeters too, but no working DamageMetersFu yet (which was Ace1 anyway)

I'd love an Ace2 replacement for stranq, namely that will use the SendAddon (AceComm?) to transmit success (and/or failure, optionally) to the other hunters, and display the success/failure in the raidwarning frame (or custom frame) that the hunters who received the info will see, rather than to a chat/yell channel like stranq does. Optional Candybars are fine, I guess, but mostly I'd just like to get rid of stranq's cheesiness.

I am also a huge fan of Capping! In fact, I notice both Capping and PublicPanic on the SVN site the same day, PP constantly spits up errors while Capping has performed flawlessly from the get-go, excellent job!

Just noticed the Alterac Valley map still has the whole Frostwolf area undiscovered.

Ok, I guess I assumed it only saved the time if you actually arrived at the destination, not simply becoming 'dismounted' from the ride. In that case, your reasons are perfectly valid to me. :)

On my copy I changed "-->" to "to" because quite frankly, --> looks tacky.

If the author ever finds this thread, here's my suggestions:

    - Options to further tweak the display. I prefer the FlightMap bar, only showing the destination and time -inside- the casting bar.

    - Option to auto-save any time differences rather than asking to confirm it. I can't think of a reason anyone would -not- want to save the data.

I'm not even sure this is the correct place for comments about the Herbalism/Mining modules, since they appear to be from a different author, but I'd like to see transparencies on the icons, and separating thorium and rich thorium so I can see at a glance which is which without having to mouseover.

Other than that, a technique I use with Gatherer is to run up and click herbs and veins, so that Gatherer saves the location even though the character I'm using at the time may not have the appropriate gathering skill (which is actually faster if I don't have the skill, just click and run). With the Cartographer modules, can I have similar functionality without showing herbs on a mining character's screen, for example?

No next step, just remove the Cartographer_InstanceNotes addon and that error goes away. At least it did here.

ckknight: As usual, brilliant addon! I love your work.

Question: since you're using the normal world map, does that preclude having a dropdown to select instance maps at any time, like MetaMap does?

Also, I'll put my vote for other note icons. I love the dropdown interface you've created, but I find the raid icons a bit large first off, and on many of the maps, they are difficult to see. I had to change raid icons 4 times awhile ago til I found one that was easily seen against the map background. The nice thing about the 'other' MetaMap (MapNotes?) icons was that they were smaller, and also shadowed, so they'd stand out against any map background.

    Ammo, great work as usual.

I do have a single request: for the Moam fight in AQ20 could BigWigs replace "Adds" with "Mana Fiends"? Personally, "adds" is fine for in-game chat or voice comms because it's fast to type or say, but as far as an 'official raid warning' the phrase "adds" looks amateurish. Just my opinion, and it's probably from 'that other raid warning addon' but as far as the BigWigs-specific graphics I see on my screen, I'd rather see an actual name. If "adds" gets sent per the CT_Boss "protocol" that's fine.

posted a message on ag_UnitFrames - suggestions, requests and temp fixes thread
Maybe this is already possible, I haven't learned Watchdog tags yet at all, but I'd love to see a Soul Stone icon available. Seeing 'SS' is one thing I love about PerfectRaid and having the icon available in agUF would be great.

Only other thing offhand would be a large 'container frame' so that if we use the group together option, the unit frames would auto-size themselves (multiple columns if need be) like EasyRaid does, which eliminates the need to move groups around when raid members change and the group frame sizes change.

Hmm, there was a tiny change, but I assumed that what Talyn posted doesnt break anything. The return statement has slightly changed, but I hope someone can take care of it.

Right, the code I posted simply makes the return statement "correct" so other click-casting addons know what was done. This is based on cladhaire's code btw, he's the one who defined this method of clickcasting. Our users were requesting click-compatibility with Squishy and that change needed to be done to accomplish it. I'll go out on a limb and assume that since eeMon is based heavily on Squishy's codebase, that it will also need the return updated but I'll leave that alone til our users discover eeMon and start begging us. lol

If you've already got Detox/Decursive/whatever, why does oRA2 need to hook it? What would it do differently? CTRA has it's own built-in decursing mechanism, it doesn't hook Decursive.
