The bank is working properly now. I did noticed when I went to add a new category that under tradeskills>crafted and tradeskills>tool there is no listing for 'inscription'. There is a listing for it under tradeskillsresultsmats. Also no Glyph type under consumables and no Inscription bag. Will this stuff be added?
I'm having trouble getting my inscription stuff sorted. I created a new category and am trying to filter by name since the above mentioned options are missing but the items still show up as unfiltered. :confused:
I've had this type of problem before. Figuring out how the sorting works can be a pain.. I mean.. and adventure! :D

Sep 25, 2007After downloading the patch today and logging in I get an error from Cartogropher concerning AceComm and a wrong password. Then I start getting popups asking for a password for AceComm acoompanied by the message "Wrong password 5. AceComm' in my chat window.Posted in: Map/Minimap AddOns

Regarding the keys.. do it like I did..
create another bag, called "Keyring" - set it to NOT open with open all, place a section in there called Keys, and add the "Keyring" section to it..
This will hide the keys from your main window yet still allow you to open your keyring if, for some reason, you need to later on down the road.

I've rearranged the config window to get around the Control Limit. Sections now have seperate details pages for thier options, this will hopefully be less cluttered and easier to follow as well.

I did notice a couple of odd things. One is, I have my bank and my backpack set up exactly the same.. same sections using the exact same rules one section being for soulbound weapons and armor. I have a hat that if I put it it my pack it filters correctly to that section.. but if I put it in my bank it will only show up in the unfiltered section.. even though the rules are exactly the same.
The other is I bought a couple of netherweave bags to send to alts. When they were in my pack and slot compression was on, on the slot that held the bags it said '6' instead of '2' as if there were 6 bags, not 2.
Also, is there any way to hide the keys? I've tried filtering them out various ways with no luck. If I don't have them in a section set up for keys then they show in unfiltered and I really don't want/need to see them at all.

Well, after update, all my old categories no longer worked and I can't figure out the new rules style of sorting. I can understand that writing your own rules might allow for more flexibility but for the average person like me who knows nothing about lua scripting pretty much makes it unusable. I tried some of the examples I've seen but even they didn't work, but of course, I don't know if I'm even using them correctly. I even did as suggested and googled 'lua string patterns' but I don't know enough about it to know if what I'm looking at is what I need. I really like the old, create a category and assign stuff to it method.
A short tutorial on how to write rules with a number of examples would be really helpful!
I really like this mod but for now I've switched to Baggins until maybe I can figure out how to make AI work again.

Same "More than 200..." to me, I'm using an older version that doesn't have the new window to edit bags and categories.
Oh, and another thing, versions from Aug 11 don't detect closetgnome, so the sorting using closetgnome sets don't work.
Same here. I've almost got things set up like I want, I just need a couple more sections. I thought we'd be able to put in as many sections as we wanted. Is this a bug or is it possibly some limit to the number of filtering rules you can have. If so, can that be increased?
Otherwise, I'm liking the mod a lot. I was using ArkInventory but the change from simple category creation to having to write your own rules, which may allow for more flexibility, is way over my head. At least with Baggins I can do it via point and click basically.
My only real complaint is when I go the the AH to sell stuff.. the bag overlaps the AH pane and won't drop to the background if I click on the AH pane so I'm continually having to close and open the bag to recheck prices and such.
Also, is there a way to keep it my bag from opening at the mailbox.. or closing it when I close the mailbox pane?

Do you have any tooltip mod installed TedEBearNC ?
I fixed the Bank tooltips last night, but that was not working at all for me before the fix. If you diddnt have that update when you were having problems with the tooltips can you get it and let me know if it fixes the problem.
Just grabbed the latest and that fixed the problem. For the record I have Enhanced Tooltip (for Auctioneer), TinyTip and Spelltips mods that I use.
Now.. get the other two things added and this mod will be perfect! So get busy! lol

May 26, 2007Just tried Baggins after ArkInventory, which I was using, started acting strangely after the 2.1 patch and although I like it much better I'm unfortunately getting the same problem. When I open the bank all the tooltips for items in the default banks slots will drop down to and off the bottom of the screen. I'd like to continue using it but this is annoying.Posted in: General AddOns
Also, I'm with iatarget on wanting to be able to see the actual bags as would be on the Blizzard bag bar so I can sort between bags as well as swap them out for larger bags when I can without having to have Blizzard's bar visible.
Would also like to see bank bag view away from the bank.
After all that.. it'd be perfect!

May 25, 2007With the new AI and 2.1 when I mouseover an item in the bank the tooltip pops up, falls to the bottom of the screen where it sits for a half second before it drops off the bottom of the screen completely. The regular inventory bags work fine.Posted in: General AddOns
Before this I had an issue where the tooltips would disappear as soon as they popped up but that was fixed by disabling DuckieBank (which was also causing dc problems).
