    On the cooldown timers. It would also be nice if the cooldown timers got reset when you opened up the crafting panel. IE lets say I had this disabled for some reason or perhaps crafter an item from another computer the cooldown timer keeps ticking of warning that the timer had expired even though the item was actuly in cooldown. I figured ok NP I'll just log that char in and open the panel to get the cooldown timer updated but no luck.

    Ya I'll add a full reset option to move clear the buttons and go back to the defaults.

    As for clearing a button it's actualy shift-drag. IE just hold shift and drag the icon off the button.

    Ok so they are both in the spell buff catagory. IMHO if someone doesn't want to put spell buffs or other buffs onto the bar they they don't need to to. There are no defaults.

    As for the flasks it would be pretty tough to exclude them. XAD simply uses the PT catagories and the spell buff catagory is set up per below

    potionbuffspell = "6373:10 17708:15 13454:35 9155:20 9264:40 13512:150", -- Value == Amount spell dammage is increased

    In the case of buffs XAD simply always uses the best availible there is simply no way for the addon to know you want to use the best one later on and not now.

    Cant remember if i made this feature request or not yet, but making bandages on right click would be kinda cool.
    Not sure I understand the quoted comment. Anyone care to explain it in more detail.

    On the making of bandages they arn't made via a simple spell but I'd have to open the first aid crafting window etc etc to do that. IE it would add quite a bit of code and overhead for something that really isn't do that ofter. At least for me I generaly create banadages in batches and que them up instead of creating them one a time. IMHO not worth the overhead in XAD.

    On the AQ mounts I think I found the problem I had the zone check set for Ahn'Qiraj not Temple of Ahn'Qiraj. I check in a fix to the mounts plugin today for that.

    Any food etc items not supported is due to them not being in Periodit Tables. I'll need the item ID's and average value restored. Also I'll need t kknow if it restores mana, health or both. Once they item is in PT it will work with XAD.

    Now by default there is nothing on the bars. Having defaults was causing other problems. So simply drag something out of your backpack and once you pick it up you should see all the ? icons for where to drop them to setup the buttons. You can also do a /xad lock to toggle the red move box if you are having problems finding the buttons.

    Fixed the two bugs reported by kovi and dypfryst.

    I also fixed the refreshing issue. I now use specialeventsbags to trigger when to refresh a button to reduce lag/mem usage and forgot to add it to the externals.

    Ok just ckecked in a quick fix for my earlir checkin this morning so if you might want to update again if you already did this morning.

    A couple of notes/replies.

    Memory issues are largly fixed. If you use texseupport to check memory usage you will notice one fairly large hit from XAD that is due to me delaying updating the buttons for the first time to allow other stuff to fully load. Most addons don't have this delay and texsupport misses that inital loadup hit. When I had to code run without the dealy XAD didn't show in texsupport at all but it also caused other problems so I went back to the 1sec delay after player enter world and the bugs are gone but texsupport catches my inital load hit.

    As for the locals-2.0 and locals-2.1 it's simply becuase I wrote XAD to use 2.1 wihtout realizing the libs I was using where still using and needed 2.0. Once they get upgraded to 2.1 I can remove 2.0 from XAD.

    As for the "default cooldown effect" etc I dont use actionbuttons at all and thus addons that add to the action buttons won't add to XAD buttons. Sorry but other addons like OmniCC will most likly simply not work for XAD buttons unless the author built some special code into it to support XAD buttons.

    Hopefully all or at lest most bugs are fixed at this point. As for new features I'd like to let the dust settle on this a bit and squash any remaining bugs that crawl out before I move on to anything new.

    The mount plugin doesn't have any special code for that behavoir. Bascily the overall designe is to use an item from your backpack on left click and cast spell on right click. If you look at the mounts.lua file you'll see the UseItem() function passes back both the bag, slot of the item to use and the spell list of summonable mounts. The core code takes care of the rest. I'll have to add a special left click function for to the mounts.lua file similare to the banadages plugin to make the left click cast a summon if no mount is found in your bags.

    As a quick fix for yourself you could just copy and additional binding into the bindings.xml file and change it to pass a 'RightButton' instead of 'LeftButton' and then use that keybinding on your warlock.

    I think I've found the 2 bugs mentioned above and have it fixed in my local version. At least I haven't had the error popup tonight yet.

    As for the bandages I don't know what's going on. I look the code over and see if I can find something that might be causing the problems I havn't tested bandagins n a group much myself yet.

    The mout thing is kind of by design. Some warlocks/paladins have a purchased mount in addition to thier summon mount so the summon mount is tied to right click and purchased to left click. The key binding are tied strickly to left clicking. I'll see if I can make an exceptiont to the keybinding on mounts to summon your mount if it doesn't find a purchased mount on left clicking/keybinding.

    I noticed for a while the /files pages where shows a flat or non -rxxx.zip link for each addon and now that's gone. Are there any plans to add that back in?

    Personaly I liked that a lot since it pointed to the latest -rxxxx.zip version of the addon it made updating far easier as I simply hit it and didn't have to look and find the lastest -rxxxx.zip file. It also makes scripting to auto update far easier.

    Right now I'm totaly stumped by the compost error since XAD doesn't even use compost directly. I use PerioditTables which does use compost but I highly doubt it isn't releaseing/using compost tables properly so my only guess is some other addon isn't and when PT tries to get a compost table the error is thrown. I've seen the error myself but havn't been able to track down the exact issue yet.

    As for the second error I know what's causing it and I'm gonig to redo my metro timers that should fix that. I'm in the middle of reworking some stuff to reduce memory usage etc. The next version should be out in a few days.

    Currently neigther bug is causing anything to stop working you just get that anoying popup etc.

    I did some testing of both of these about a month ago.

    IMHO

    AceWardrobe less ui mem than ItemRack but it's not a big difference but it's there and enough to notice.

    ItemRack alows you to setup tricket type buttons for any of your useable items slots.

    ItemRack has a nice and easy to use UI, once you get the hang of it it makes setting things up much easier IMHO.

    AceWardrobe is menu driven with an update set feature which allows you to choose a set for example then change out an item or two, say upgrades and then pick the update set button and that set will be updated to whatever you have on. This greatly help offset the lack of it's own UI.

    Both can auto swap on stances and when mounting.

    Both cause a pretty big lag spike when changing sets if more then 1-2 items are swapping around. NOTE I belive this to be more to do with WOW itself updating skins, bonuses etc but for me it was so bad I had to disable the autoswap on changing forms for my druid. Memory increase rate would go from 1-2 to 10+ when I swapped sets for both addons.

    IMHO I prefer using mountme for my mount set since it's totaly automatic, ie no need to make a set for it. If you have worn items that you swap around via the sets ItemRacks use bar is very nice to have since it auto updates. If you have a buch of trinkets then ItemRack alows you to replace anohter addon for your trinkets also.
