Oct 18, 2006Pagermaster had the druid bat build in. If you only want druid prowl pageing then us the druid bar version if you walso want the other abilities of pagemaster then you don't need the seperate druid bar one.Posted in: General AddOns
Oct 18, 2006Added Arathi Basin food to PT and changed XAD food/water to use Arathi Basin food for both food and water since it ups both health and mana when in Arathi Basin. Conjured food/water is still used before Arathi Basin food.Posted in: General AddOns
Oct 18, 2006z0rn what is the cooldown on the manastones. Isn't it 2 min like health stones? The button "should" change back to the mana stone, assuming you have one in inventory, once the cooldown expires. It's working for my health stones.Posted in: General AddOns
On the buttons yes more options are a bit off. I really don't see much point in totaly redoing the actual button code if in a month I'll have to do it again anyway to use the secure framework to you can use potions in combat.

z0rn, I'll check into the mana stones. Perhaps a spell is missing from SB 2.1
Greywind, Line 39 is where I get the instance of babble spell 2.1. Are you using embeded libs or the standalone libs? Babble spell burries the 2.1 libs down one level in the zip file so if you are using the standalone libs you'll need to move BabbleLib-2.1 up one level from inside BabbleLib. It already has the .toc and everything it's just one level too low for wow to find it.
z0rn, just checked BS and it has the spells so that's not it. Can you walk though step by step what you are doing to repeat this and make sure to check your bags for any manastones as you go. I don't see what exacly is going wrong yet.
Oct 15, 2006I also play a warlock and it's been working for me but I'll test it again.Posted in: General AddOns
Ok tested again and aparantly a 120sec delay is too close to the truth and the cooldown hasn't expired yet so I upped it to 121 and that appears to have solved the problem. Will place the fix in SVN in a min.
Oct 15, 2006Ok so what you are wanting to do is remove the requirement for the addon to list the libs it's using as optiondeps and instead create a way for AceLibrary to "try" to figure it out for the addon by adding code to AceLibrary and meta date to the libs?Posted in: Libraries
Why is it so difficult to add options deps to addons?
Oh and another radical idea I had.
Move all libs in the svn to a libs sub dir. Each major version of a lib in it's own sub dir under the libs dir. To be honest the addon list is getting so long it's getter hard to tell what is what and move the libs off to thier own dir aleast gets them out of the way. A link could be added to the svn that points down to the libs dir for each lib so old externals links end up getting the lib from the libs dir instead of the root of trunk thus avoiding a mass update of all externals links.
Now (assuming the above) if WinAceUpdater was updated to examine the externals when doing a w/o externals and instead of embeding the libs like w/ externals does but instead gets the lib from the /lib dir and geting it as a standalone lib.
Now the user when running WinAuceUpdater doesn't need bother with libs at all and can get addins using a method of libs of thier own choose. Either embeded (with externals) or standalone libs (w/o externals).
Oct 15, 2006Jinglehopper, Sorry but no XAD simply takes the first item of the most apporopriat healing amount to use. So if you have 5 items that restor 800 health, 2 that restore 1200 and you are down 700 hp XAD will use the firt item in your bags that restores 800 health. If you want XAD to eat the non stat items first them move then to be in front of the stat buff items.Posted in: General AddOns

Yes I've made a few updates to PT myself adding some newer items etc. I don't go into AV much but AFAIK it should work fine with AV food. Perhaps you could give me an example AV food item you'f tried that didn't work and I'll see whats up with it.Quote from mattftw »
does the periodic table ever get updated? last time i checked i couldn't get it to work with food from av
Oct 15, 2006Sykotic, To be honest my button frame code is a bit messy. What I mean is the coding is good but I really don't fully understand how all the fame elements work very well thus the look of the buttons isn't the nicest in the world. I'm also a bit hesident to spend a lot of time figuring it out due to 2.0 coming and thinging looking like they are going to change prettly drasticly. So I wait till then and try to get a better handle on it them.Posted in: General AddOns
Jexx, I have a feeling we are going to see alot more popup menus with 2.0.
Oct 14, 2006Yes cooldown text should work. IE use a health pot and you should get a "2" over the health pot button for 2 min, Once it gets down to 59 sec you'll get a 59 and count down from there to 0. Note if you are using manastones or healthstone they don't display a cooldown text but instead just hide till thier cooldown expire thus allowing you to use health/mana pots.Posted in: General AddOns
And yes the text is till a bit buggy on looks. Hopefully when I redo it for wow 2.0 I can get that cleaned up.
