    Got a Fang here also. I tried the n52 and to be honest I couldn't find a good setup for it. No matter what I did I couldn't replace my keyboard for everything I needed (minus chat of course). With the Fang I can.

    Lets see, a 60 priest, 60 druid, soon to be 50 warlock, and the rest of my char slots filled with various 30's 20's etc.

    My only real question is which char to delete to make room to reroll LOL.

    All Alliance though. I've tried hord a few times on another server and just never could get into it. I've also tried shamans there and didn't like them much, besides I already have 2 60 healers do I really need a 3rd? Perhaps a Draeni mage?

    Sorry I though I took all the debug messages out. Ya they really slow things down a ton. I go over it again and see what I missed.

    As far as TBC I would think it should work fine so long as OneBag works. Though it might be a problem if you keep your bags open during combat since I move frames around. I don't have a beta key yet so I can't test anything in TBC. Of course all the new items would need to be added to PT for it to sort them properly.

    Just a quick update on where I'm at on this.

    I'm sorting items into groups as the onebag inventory is opened no problem. IE it's done when the bag is displayed so it should have 0 impact when the bags are closed. I'm not scanning during bag updates etc. This is working fine so far.

    I'm working on the menu structures now. I've successfully linked into onebags menus so this will show up under onebags current menus.

    I'm resorting the display of the bag slots in the current allinone format. IE not enginventories separated grouping but looking just like onebag does now only resorted by categories. Think something along the lines of having MrPlow automatically run every time you open your bags only taking essentially no time since I'm only moving the display of the bag slots and not actually moving items around in your bags.

    A enginventory type of display will also be done at some point but the first pass will be an allinone type of display as described above. There will be a toggle option to switch between the two view options and one to turn the sorting off entirely and return to the onebag default layout. The off option would be useful when tying to swap bags around and your needing to know exactly what is in each bag. NOTE onebags bag/slot highlighting still works fine even when sorted but it's still hard to see whats in what bag when the slots are scattered all over the place.

    So expect the following for the first pass release sometime within the next week or so.
    • Sorting of items into up to 12 categories
    • Ability to set when itemsets go into or get excluded from each of the 12 categories
    • An allinone type of display showing category 1 items first on down the line
    • A toggle to turn the sorting off to return to OneBag default layout
    • Ability to name the categories though the names won't actually show any place at this point. The naming will show in the grouping display format when added.
    • Ability to set when of the 12 categories gets the unsorted items and empty bag slots
    • Option to have the sorting rerun when items are added/removed/changed in your bags while the bags are displayed or only to resort when opening the bags.

    Well the N52 went back today. I just couldn't get the hang of it. I know it takes time but I couldn't find a setup that looked like it would give me any advantage over my current keyboard so I didn't see a good reason to keep it and get used to it.

    I did pick up a Fang Game Controller however http://www.ideazon.com/us/products/fanggamepad.asp while I was there returning the N52. I haven't played with it much yet but at least for me it's looking like a better option. It allows me to keep the same basic setup as a normal keyboard only moving the buttons closer together to make getting at everything easier.

    Ya BB is abit expensive but it's right down the street. Besides I'm not 100% sure I'll like it so I can return it easy enough. Now to just find a good setup for the thing.

    I can '' close to buying a N52 the other day. Walked around BB for a bit with it in my hands while I looked at other stuff. I need to get a new headphone/mic, kids crushed my current one. So I'll be back at BB again today. How knows I might even make it to the register with it this time :)

    The font is BudHand and I'm using Mik's Scrolling Battle Text v3.11 I like SCT a lot but it doesn't, at least the last time I chekced do the nice even rounding text arc that MSBT does. The even arc just works so well with IceHud I couldn't give it up.

    If the question was what cooldown timers I was using. I have CooldownTimers, Chronometer, and Antagonist all installed and showing bars next to each other across the top of my screen, from right to left I have EldBuffBars, Chronometer, CooldownTimers, and then Antagonist.

    Here is my working set of item sets. Note defining custom sets or specific item inclusion/exclusion lists is currently not on the table. IE it's somewhere down the line but don't expect it in the first few versions.

    These are all PT sets IE the come from periodic tables or custom periodic table item sets.
    	self.PTsets={
    		"booze",
    		food = {"food", "foodbonus", "foodstat"},
    		water = {"water", "waterperc", "waterconjured", "waterarathi"},
    		"foodspecial",
    		"ammo",
    		"antivenom",
    		"bandages",
    		"explosives",
    		"faire",
    		"fireworks",
    		lockpickkeys = {"keyskeleton", "seaforium"},
    		healthpots = {"potionheal", "potionhealalterac", "healthstone"},
    		manapots = {"potionmana", "potionmanaalterac", "manastone"},
    		"potionrejuv",
    		otherpots = {"potionrage", "potioncure", "potionbuff"},
    		"reagent",
    		"poisons",
    		repitems = {"reputationjunk", "reputationtokens", "argentdawncommission"},
    		"scrolls",
    		"devices",
    		"weapontempenchants",
    		"minedgem",
    		dmfcardsdecks = {"deckcards", "decks", "cards"},
    		"minipetall",
    		"mountsall"
    	}

    The next grouping come from Looking at the iteminfo via GetItemInfo(item)
    	self.iteminfo = {
    		"Quality",
    		"Armor",
    		"Consumable",
    		"Reagent",
    		"Recipe",
    		"Projectile",
    		"Quest",
    		"Weapon",
    		"Trade Goods",
    	}

    As last is gathered by scanning the items tool tip via Gratuity
    	self.ttinfo = {
    		"Soulbound"
    	}

    Couple notes.

    1. ya there is some duplication, please coment on likes dislikes, items missed, unneeded grouping etc. This is just a first pass.

    2. item Quality you will be able to set the value for. IE anything with a quality of green or better.

    3. since some items can fall into multiple categories I'm hoping to allow you to define the search order separate from the display order. For example you might have weapons in grouping 1 and green or higher items in grouping 2. When scanning items its a first found type of thing so a green weapon would be found as part of grouping 1 and group 2 would never be checked for it. However if you wanted all green items in group 2 even weapons you could move group 2 to be checked first thus all green items including weapons would be matched and placed in group 2 and and other weapons woud then go to group 1.

    I'll keep that in mind for some future version.

    For the first pass it's going to look something more like this

    [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] []
    [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] []
    [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] []
    [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] []

    [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] []
    [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] []
    [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] []
    [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] []

    [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] []
    [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] []
    [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] []
    [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] [] []

    Each block of [] is a group. OneBag has an input to set the number of columns which I'll still use to set the total width. I'll then auto adjust the rows for a all the groups on the same row. The number of cols a group will use will also auto adjust based on available room. So say 3 big groups on the same row would all get 1/3 of the available cols while a small group might get only 1 col to leave room for other larger groups.

    All bag slots that onebag currently shows in your setup will continue to be shown just resorted and grouped. The empty slots would all be placed in the catchall misc group.

    This is all pretty much basically how EngInventory does it.

    I'm not sure about adding category heading text at least at first but I'll have it setup in the code so it should be an option at some point.

    What I'm really struggling with is a good way to setup/customize the groupings/categories. Simple drag/drop doesn't work well due to items being in many PT itemsets. Which set are you really intending to add to the grouping? Perhaps I could popup a drewdrop list when dropping an item with all PT itemsets in it that the item appears in and let the user choose? (thinking as I type)

    Some common grouping can't come from PT however and I'm not quite sure how to handle them yet. IE quest items, worn equipment etc.
