    Nice addon, but it seems to block Messages from GM's as well. And somehow GM's can't add themselfs to the trusted-List. Must be because of the "GM-" tag...

    I would gladly do the work for you.

    I tried changing just the names of some recipes, but that didn't work out right. If you could give me some pointers to what else would have to be changed I would do it.

    I can code quite good enough but I'm bad at reading other peoples code, that's why I couldn't figure out what else to change to allow translations...

    So, please, just give me a hint or two and I will try to do the rest of the work!

    -Have you dismissed the function to set the minimum gap between bars to zero? I liked that, because with the standard gap mob-groups produce some ugly cluttered nameplates.

    -As for the visibility of the nameplates: Could you make that an "three-state" -option? Like 'disabled', 'standard-look' and 'enabled'?

    Great AddOn btw! :)

    Please, this is driving me crazy

    All Recipies are marked red (Unavailable) for me in TradeSkillInfoMenu.

    I have re-installed the addon and deleted all SavedVariables. I even changed my profession from Engineer to Enchanter.

    Everything stays red and is considered "Unavailable")

    In my SavedVariable-file "TradeskillInfo.lua" there is no information saved under "Realm.Char.Skills". All other informations are stored fine. I tried to solve the problem myself but reading code from other humans is realy hard for me...

    Doesn't anyone of you has the same problem here?

    Thanks in advance...

    posted a message on "local" -namespaces
    Hi,

    I hope the title isn't misleading...

    I see a lot of AddOns that start like:

    local varA = this
    local varB = that
    local varC = 7

    function AddOn:DoStuff(x)
     return x
    end
    ...

    Why do they declare local variables outside of any functions? Which namespace is that? Would something like this

    AddOn.varA = this
    AddOn.varB = that
    AddOn.varC = 7

    function AddOn:DoStuff(x)
     return x
    end
    ...

    have the same effect?

    How can I Monitor a variable declared like in the first example in FuDebugger?

    Thanks in advance for any answers!

    Would it make sense to combine the combatlog-parsing with a check for the debufftable of a target?

    Iirc the debufftable of a unit works with an FIFO-principle.

    So if the table changes, one would first have to check if a debuff has faded or one is gained and then there would have to be some logic applied to check which was gained/faded.

    I don't know if it is possible to exactly pinpoint your own debuffs with this method. I think lag could make it a bit complicated. But if it works, it should be possible to keep a closer watch to your own debuffs.

    How can I, if possible, enable milliseconds in the Timestamps?

    I would like to know when things happen at exaclty the same time instead of just knowing that they happened in the same second.

    Or is there another addon that is capable of doing that and is at compatible with Prat?

    Many thanks in advance,
    Diren

    I hope it's not too offtopic, but...

    Is the pvp-only option supposed to be working or not? It doesn't do anything different for me.

    Uhm, thanks, but I made a mistake. It should be:

    ...
    ["Shaman"] = "Schamane",

    Thanks a lot for this addon!

    But, please, could you add this to the localization.lua? I lost my password for the svn-server and nobody is answering my eMails...

    L:RegisterTranslations("deDE", function() return {

    ["Druid"] = "Druide",
    ["Hunter"] = "J\195\164ger",
    ["Mage"] = "Magier",
    ["Paladin"] = "Paladin",
    ["Priest"] = "Priester",
    ["Rogue"] = "Schurke",
    ["Shaman"] = "Shaman",
    ["Warlock"] = "Hexenmeister",
    ["Warrior"] = "Krieger",

    ["Humanoid"] = "Humanoid",
    ["Arena"] = "Arena",

    ["InCombat"] = "Du bist im Kampf und kannst daher keine Makros \195\164ndern.",
    ["CreateMacro"] = "Du must ein leeres Makro mit dem Namen ArenaMaster erstellen.",
    } end )

    Thank you!

    Hello,

    Should we always use the newest major Version of PT? Or will PT1.0 be enough for certain tasks?

    What are the differences between PT1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 anyway?
