Hey! You know what you get when you change one letter in fun..... ;)

Did you know, and this is not be bragging at all -because actually this would be a kind of weird thing to brag about - but there an absolute cockload of Fins in the game of one sort of another, which is sort of weird because I call all my characters Fin, phonetically speaking. Weird, huh? No Funs, though! There was a guild <FUN> on my server at one point - it stood for "Friends United Network" and fell apart almost immediately (but did spawn one of the longest running and most consistently highly ranked guilds on the server). But, who cares about that except the people on Stormrage EU. I mean even most of the people on Stormrage EU don't care.

    What was I saying again?

I think you need snacks to still that craving.

The thing I find really odd about this is that while you keep piping in and complaining about the framework and the people that have "come back" for Ace3... I only see one addon and one library to your name. I'm not trying to say you don't have a say in the project, we certainly welcome constructive criticism, but for the most part all I've heard from you is negativity over the future of a framework you barely even use!

The number of addons someone chooses to release for public consumption should have no bearing on whether or not their opinion should be considered. I know that's not what you mean per say but it's a fine line. Myself, I've written 8+ addons some use Dongle, some no framework at all and a couple are Fubar plugins which by default makes them Ace. I write them for myself and my guild to use and generally don't get involved with many of these discussion.

I'm very interested in Ace3 and might even write my future addons using it. At this point I'm sticking with Dongle though but will be keeping an eye on Ace3.

It needs to have the line put back in the toc. This is good because the TOC's are getting some organization finally.

Yup I agree totally. Now on to updating addons that I've written to use this new system :)

Version 1.9.1.354 seems to be deleting lines in the modules.xml that are needed for libs like PeriodicTable-3.0. PeriodicTable for example moves has all it's LOD modules in a separate folder except PeriodicTable-3.0-Misc which still resides in the main PeriodicTable folder. Hope that makes sense? The problem arises when the line:

    <Script file="PeriodicTable-3.0-Misc\PeriodicTable-3.0-Misc.lua"/>

is also removed. Since the toc nor the modules.xml file no longer reference it it is no longer loaded. This of course messes up addons like PTReagentFu. I've manually edited it back in and it works fine.

Just to be sure this with WITHOUT externals ie disembeded and PeriodicTable etc setup for LOD. I know this is probably by design to limit errors in FrameXML.log. This lib seems be an oddity. There may be others as well. This is the one that was initially apparent though.

    Thanks a lot!

But... it is just a spherical arrangement of action buttons, bloated with a lot of entirely unrelated features. It has nothing to do with what Sprocket was doing and is certainly no replacement.

Did you even read the first post or that matter any of the LunarSphere forum posts? BBR heavily referenced Venantes which LunarSphere is very much alike. That is why I pointed that particular addon out. I used Sprocket when it was still working and loved it. I'm well aware of what it did. Why I"m defending myself I don't know...

As far as bloat I really don't get where your getting that. Spend maybe more than 30 seconds with it and get a clue! I'm done with this topic and these forums.

I honestly don't think Moongaze sleeps lol. The amount of features already and the huge amount of documentation on how to use it is impressive and it's maybe half finished.

Thanks Fin, still not working though. I'll mess around with the regex as well and see if I can get something to work. My rank is 2 alts are rank 4.

My guild uses the format "Alt - Viserion" and it doesn't import them either.

For a beta it is still a very tight addon. I've ditched both necrosis and cryolysis for lunarshere. It has everything that "I" need. When you look at what he has planned and what is already in place it's shaping up to be a really great addon.

There is one generic sphere addon in the works that is in the very early stages of development call LunarSphere. I'm using it right now and it is really good. It allows you to drag and drop spells onto each button much like a normal actionbar.

I had about 10 gold spams last night. Sunday for some reason seems to be the busiest day for them.

I have noticed though that the GM's on my realm have noticed the spamsentry format and no longer reply personally. They just send a canned response and a mail. Which is great.
