I just commited StatBlock_Factions, an import of StatBlocks_Factions, if anyone else used it.

Events aren't fired when guild members log on/off, the only way the roster gets updated is by opening blizzard guild pane or by calling GuildRoster(), which is what happens when the block is moused-over.

wattw, any fix for the guild list being sorted z-a when the sorting by name option is enabled. i think the bug happens when reloading the ui.

All you need to do is open the blizzard guild window and resort it.

StatBlocks_Factions: Option to color code the faction based on current rep level would be cool.

There was some code in _Factions already to do this, I changed it around some so that it will hopefully work better.

Also, _Folks now colorizes the zone of people in the same zone as you green.

There's now a config block for Grid, StatBlocks_Grid. Left click to open the Grid config window, right click for a dropdown menu.

Funkeydude, I looked into what you said about using the Blizzard tracking menu instead of creating my own for _Tracking, and had successfully determined how to moved the minimap button on top of the block. When I went to commit it I discovered that you had already done it, in a much nicer way ;) *bow*

Just wondering, is there any word on the tracking module? :)

I'm hoping you mean for the MiniMap Tracking button (Find Herbs, etc). I just uploaded StatBlocks_Tracking. It has an option to hide the minimap button (default), click the block to open a tooltip to select a tracking type.

    Option ideas for Folks
    - Option to remove the tooltip hint. Once I know about it, it adds useless clutter to an already crowded tooltip.
    - Option to remove friends entirely. This will hide the "Friends: x" from the label and also the whole block from the tooltip. Duplicate for Guild if you want to get really crazy.

I moved the hints to the Friends & Guild header lines, so it doesn't waste any space. You can also turn off the friends and/or guild sections from the tooltip. Like Funkydude mentioned, it is _Folks, and I don't think showing the friend and guild count on the block takes up too much space.

Fubar version identifies who is in your party/raid. Doesn't sound much but it sure makes life easier when forming a raid to see who has not yet been invited ...

Will do, I miss that too actually :P

Funky, the change you made to the sorting works great... just sort the way you want in Blizzard's guild panel and the Folks block picks it up. I wouldn't mind separating rank and notes more. It becomes particularly hard when someone only has one of the notes and you can't tell which. Perhaps

    [rank][guild note][officer note]

The sorting is done via blizzards's API, changing the way it sorts would require putting something like LibGuild back in, which was removed to clean things up :P About displaying the notes, I think this will look cleaner, I'll get that changed as soon as I can.

I've written another block, StatBlocks_Factions. Displays your watched faction on the block, and displays a tooltip showing your standing with all factions, which can be turned on and off. It won't be on the SVN for a few hours, I don't have my SVN password at work :P

Just downloaded Folks (my last FuBar holdout) and only have some small requests. A) I'd like to be able to see officer's notes as well as guild notes. B) I prefer a level->class sort order over name. Perhaps that can be an option. C) Formatting wise it might be nice to make more columns (see guildFu for a cleaner lock---in my view).

    Thanks!

I'll add the officer's note and make the sorting configurable. GuildFu uses TabletLib for generating the tooltip, and until there's an Ace3 equivalent, the formatting will have to be poor at best :(

Is there something about gratuity to cause reason to avoid it? I'm not very familiar with it.

Is just received my SVN account info, I'll be uploading the friends/guild block shortly (called StatBlocks_Folks).
