Lower all you performance options down as far as possible, save for Seeing Distance(can't remember what it's called). Your game will look fine and your FPS will increase. Hell, I hardly see a difference on my computer with specs tuned all the way down.
Note: It DOESN'T occurs with Bar1 which is an 3x3 bar.
can someone please explain to me how to get my buttons like this i want the boarder like this please is it a diffrent layout ? i see there are like 3 difrent layouts on the svn
This is Bartender2_Dreamlayout. You can get it off the SVN.
I may speak behalf of lots of people when I say: Screw the performance, use the one you see suiting your needs best. Every actionbar addon has it's pros and cons. Everyone!
Like I said, ALL of them meet my needs. Now, it is just performace keeping me from deciding. But I am sticking with Bartender for now. Thanks for the help. ^__^
Okay, for action bar addons there is Bartender2, Pubcrawl, Ackbar, idActionBars, and probably a few others. They all have the functionality I want from an Action bar addons but here is my dilema; Which one provides the best perforance?
Request: Would it be possible to add an option to display what skill cause the damage, along with the icon(or without it). For an example, it would say:
[ICON]Sinister Strike: *760*
I know I can sorta do this with SimplecombatLog, but everytime it is updated, I have to redo all the changes I made to it. So, if you could add this, it would be great!
Request: Could you possibly implement a C'thun Warner type thing into BigWigs? In case you don't know, it warns you if you are withing 10(or 15?) feet of another person so you don't get Green Beamed.
Ammo... does your guild have a lot of people using CTRA? I am the raid leader in my guild and everyone else uses CTRA but I have been using oRA and will try oRA2 for you.
The reason I ask is so I can be sure this is a scenario you would like tested... if 99% run CTRA and only 1 runs oRA2
I am the only one in my guild running oRA2(been using for as long as it's been in hte branches) and Bigwigs. I have no problems, and I actually call out most things as BigWigs seems to be more accurate. I've talked to my GM + RaidLeader and they have no problems at all either. It works perfectly with CTRA, don't worry.
Yep, been using SCT 5.0 and SCTD 2.0 for as long as they have been on the SVN and I love them. ^_^ I have a great set up for them as well, but, well, I like the least amount of addons possible with the smallest memory footprint possible. So if I had an easy to read Combat Log like Rohpy posted, then I will use it. Seperating the Target's Damage and your damage makes reading it much easier, so quick glimpses can tell me what hit, thus eliminating the need for SCT. But I will most likely keep SCT as i lub it. Just hoping for a much cleaner Combat Log.
Edit:; BTW Rophy, how do you get it to show what attack hits for what. For example: Firebal: ~7~?
