Ok, I did some testing last night.
I swapped Pitbull off, game worked, then back on, stuttering.
Then I took some addons off that seemed not to work properly (tried dotimer first) and stuttering stopped when I had pitbull on?
Well I decided to change from dotimer to classtimers, which isn't nearly as good, but I rather give up dotimer than pitbull. Does this make any sense? Or was it just luck again and when I log in today, my game will freeze more than ever before.
About debuff filtering, I had it on for long time now, it's very nice function.

Jul 10, 2007My raid stuttering problems continue to exist, oh god this is horrible.Posted in: Unit Frames
Sometimes it feels like everything is working peachy and sometimes it's just horrible terrible, I really wish something would magically fix the problem. I have turned off all i can from pitbull, only loading essential parts from addon menu.
When I turn off pitbull, my freezing problems disappear.
AG_UF = same problem
Perl classic = works fine, but is ugly and lacks some functions I want.

I started getting stuttering 1st of July wowaceupdate, guess I have to backtrack to working version that I thank god copied safe :)
Last night after wowaceupdate, it was all fine again, could it be instance related, I doubt.
Jun 22, 2007I still have raid freezes, don't know why :| If I turn Pitbull off, fps raises and freezing stops.Posted in: Unit Frames
I played 5vs5 last night and had constant fps of 60 (vsync limit) and 0 freezes as well. This problem only appears when I'm raiding and usually when we're in combat. It's very frustrating cause I like these unitframes :(
I turned all possible stuff off, tried turning auras off, but didn't help. I use filter debuffs on target atm. I have many unnecassery stuff for me, like range checks, threat etc off.
List of my addons as attachement. I haven't been able to figure out if it is some other addon and Pitbull that does the lagging, but at least when Pitbull is turned off, freezes and lower fps during combat in raids stop. Perl (my previous unitframes works) but I don't want to change back to it cause I already gotten used to Pitbull.
I update all addons each day, latest version of Pitbull that I used in raids was:
I'll try to disable all but very necessary addons for raiding and see if I could pinpoint if it's two addons together with Pitbull that creates this freezing. :|

Nyarlathotep did you try with aura module off ? got same problems and i think it happen when i target something with 'a lot' of debuffs (15+)
Didn't try, will try today on a raid and report after :) I hope I will be able to use at least some amount of debuffs to see what curses are on :)
Thanks for the tip
Jun 18, 2007Hey, regarding to my FPS issues, I got similar freezing when changing from Pitbull to ag_UF, seemed to better in ag_uf. Really weird, I was thinking of deleting all cache folders and setting up all addons again today, hoping Pitbull starts working for me as well in raid environment :)Posted in: Unit Frames
Anyways don't know what similarities AG_UF and Pitbull have, but they both create very similar lagging which would further support my idea of some of my other addons not working with these unitframes.
Gah, why it always has to be me! :|
Jun 16, 2007Hey, decided to post here as well, seems like I posted to wrong place first...Posted in: Unit Frames

I have horrible fps problems with pitbull on sadly, my average raiding fps is around 30-35 fps during encounter, today on Magtheridon my comp went to 12 fps and seemed to freeze periodically. Felt like:
Freezen, working low fps, freeze, working low fps. Freezes lasted around 0,5-1 seconds. Was worse in phase 1 it felt than in phase 2, where game had low fps as well, around 20 fps, but lot better.

Jun 16, 2007Hello,Posted in: Unit Frames
First of all thanks for great mod. For some reason I have problems with FPS when playing in raid. I noticed problem first time two days ago, when I installed the mod. When playing out of raid, addon works like charm. When in raid and combat is on it seems to freeze. I tried without portraits as well, didn't help at all. Next raid I will try to run Pitbull only in raid without any other addons, cause only logical explanation would be that it's creating low FPS having problems with some other addon.
I ran Perl before Pitbull and changing now back to perl will give me perfect fps when raids, so atleast to some extent it has to do with Pitbull (tried switching on off on off) and on in raids = :(.
I add screenshots of mods I'm running and addons I have when I play, hoping that it helps and will report later how game runs with pitbull only.
I'll read whole thread now trying to find any similarities and workarounds for my problem, if problem has some workaround already, thanks for that. I hope this problem gets solved asap. I know I'm part of the minority having this problem, but I hope there's possibility to fix fps issue :)
