Appears that actually no buff fades were displayed at all anymore, sorry.
Downgraded to 80495 and it works again :).

For some reason i cant see some buff fades with Parrot 80745, for example SnD on my rogue. Weirdly enough i can see other buff fades...
Not sure whats the problem here, doublechecked settings and it seems to be alright.
Aug 20, 2007Yep, its position doesnt save for me either.Posted in: General AddOns
For totem timers/CDs use OmniCC like some others already mentioned, it works perfectly. Only down side: when a totem is destroyed the timmer keeps running :(. Like when i drop manaspring, then after 30 secs use manatide the manaspring timer is still running.
I assume its the same for grounding totems, which along with tremors are very important for PVP and the timer disappearing (or being replaced with the CD for grounding) would help a LOT to make sure they are up all the time.
Aug 14, 2007Uhm... just tried... they are in, and implemented VERY well!Posted in: General AddOns
ONe thing would rock tho for totems like EB or Grounding: Display the CD until its finished, then display the remaining duration of the totem.
This is by far the best totem addon i used up to now, thanks many times dude :)
Aug 14, 2007Gonna have to try this one out, guess I'll use gotwood for totem timers, or anyone got a better suggestion?Posted in: General AddOns
Dont really like redundancy in my addons, so yata (which i previously used) AND Numen would kinda annoy me I guess.
As someone already stated showing totem duration would also ask for checking if the totem gets destroyed to be really useful, no clue how hard to program/performance-leeching those checks are tho.
Looks amazing so far, cant wait to test it, was always cursing when i forgot to switch bar set before entering combat using yata :).
Aug 25, 2006using idChatButtons (with the 2 lines posted earlier to make channels sticky :)), idChatEditbox, idChatScroll, idChatTimestampsPosted in: Addon Ideas
Additionally i gave idChatChannelnames a try and i love it! The only small imperfection is imho that a /chatwho only shows you the numbers of the chans you are in, not very helpful (but once youve set things up it doesnt really matter tbh :)).
Aug 25, 2006Ok, just added the two lines to idChatButtons and it works like a charm!Posted in: Addon Ideas
Thanks a lot for all the help.
Aug 25, 2006Thanks for your answers!Posted in: Addon Ideas
Tried confab today, didnt like it, just way too bloated and id only use the sticky function from it. Additionally for some weird reason when i talk in a channel (like /5) then get a tell from someone and want to reply it reverts back to the channel /5 for some reason, VERY annyoing.
For the time being ill use industrial's chatmods (slim, compact, delicious :)) and not sure what to do concerning sticky channels... Can i just mod an addon to automatically execute those 2 codelines you posted tekkub? Totally clueless lua scripting wise :/
Aug 24, 2006Heyas!Posted in: Addon Ideas
Since 1.12 came out my UI is kinda... a bug WIP, many things missing, some things not woking 100% correctly etc. However, i want to use the opportunity to ace as many addons as possible to cut down on memory usage and performance loss.
One thing i still couldnt fine in ONE single (and still maintained) addon is a for me "complete" chat box addon. Over the time i got used to many various features, being:
-Timestamps (if possible including seconds)
-sticky channels (if i say sthg in /o, next time i hit enter i should still be in officer chat)
-mousewheel scrolling (just so damn comfortable)
-hiding chatbox scroll buttons (no point if i can scroll with mouse)
-low memory/performance impact
-semi-regular updates (so at least it works always, aka its being maintained and kept functional)
And optional name coloring corresponding to classes, but thats only a minor thingy.
Is there a single addon that can do all this? Looking for one on this board as well as the usual addon sites without much success so far :/
Thanks a lot in advance!
Aug 17, 2006Thanks for the hint CDE, but im a EU player as well.Posted in: Unit Frames
However, target's target's target would be really nice, anything concerning this in the works?
Thanks as well to darkforce for writing up all the status keys :)
However, definately one of the best unitframes around atm!
Aug 15, 2006Heya!Posted in: Unit Frames
Thanks for the great work, one thing that bothers me a bit.. Filter Auras is supposed to let you see only your castable buffs, problem is that on ma shaman i cannot see my totembuffs or my Lightning Shield if i have that option checked.
Thanks a lot in advance!
