Dec 8, 2007Right now, ClosetGnome switcher will not switch druid idols while in combat (I assume shaman totems and paladin librams are also affected). These relic items are changeable in combat, however. Any chance you could flag the relic slot as combat switchable?Posted in: General AddOns
Nov 16, 2007I'm getting some tainting during combat in patch 2.3:Posted in: General AddOns
11/15 17:40:29.203 An action was blocked in combat because of taint from Sphere - SphereSubBar10Button10:Hide()
11/15 17:40:29.203 Interface\AddOns\Sphere\Buttons\Buttons.lua:1559 SetIcon()
11/15 17:40:29.203 Interface\AddOns\Sphere\Buttons\Buttons.lua:2013
A Hide or Show error occurs in the taint log for every bar button and subbar button. Can these be modified so they do not fire during combat?

I get an error in GridManaBars.lua:355 while in combat. Please add a check
with InCombatLockDown() before changing width or height.
I am also getting these errors in combat. They happen both while in group/party and while solo (grid hidden).

Another problem is that we don't need the same trinket/equipment on a walking mount and in flight form so the idea behind ClosetGnome_Switcher is not so bad, but if it could switch back the trinket we had when we switch back to druid form It would be really better.
I posted a modified closetgnome_mount.lua that recognizes druid flight form (both normal and swift) and behaves like closetgnome mount in that it will switch back to the last set it knows about if you do not have a dismount set defined. The original post is on page 33 and an updated link on page 34 (http://docs.google.com/Doc?id=dhsffj7v_0hc7mx3). I have been using it for 2 weeks without a problem.
I do not have svn access, but someone with access is welcome to commit my changes if it's ok with Rabbit.
Aug 17, 2007I looked through some of the other packages for WAU, and I think the following files would allow WAU to unpack KC_SellValues:Posted in: General AddOns
#!/bin/sh cd .. rm -rf KC_SellValues cd KC_Items mv modules/KC_SellValue ../KC_SellValues
@echo off cd .. rmdir /s /q KC_SellValues cd KC_Items move modules\KC_SellValue ..\KC_SellValues
filelist.wau may need to be @modules\KC_SellValues rather than just modules\KC_SellValues
KC_Fence AutoFill still does not appear to be loading its settings (r46730), although it is saving them to KC_FenceDB. The correct, remembered, prices flash up there for a second, then they are overwritten. Disabling auto-buyout does not have any effect. Disabling AutoFill does correctly disable the module.
Aug 16, 2007Another couple notes when using WAU with r46663:Posted in: General AddOns
KC_SellValues is not unpacked. If I manually move KC_SellValues from the modules directoy to my Addons folder, it appears to work correctly. I think you may need to add a batch file to tell WAU how to unpack KCI.
KC_Fence does not appear to be loaded at all, although it no longer throws errors. It doesn't look like the embeds.xml in the FC_Fence folder is being loaded. As a work around, I added the files listed in KC_Items/modules/KC_Fence/embeds.xml to KC_Items/modules.xml. After doing this, Fence would load and it saves my settings properly, but it doesn't actually try to use them. For example, I have fence set to remember my auction duration (24 hours) and have verified that it is saved in my SavedVariables. However, when I go to list a new auction, it still defaults to 8 hours.
Aug 16, 2007I'm getting the following error in r46612:Posted in: General AddOns
[2007/08/15 18:42:57-1638-x1]: KC_Items-1.0.38138\KC_Items.lua:32: attempt to index global 'Fence' (a nil value) AceAddon-2.0-44196 (Ace2):483: in function <Interface\AddOns\Ace2\AceAddon-2.0\AceAddon-2.0.lua:460> <in C code>: ? AceEvent-2.0-44693 (Ace2):299: in function `TriggerEvent' AceEvent-2.0-44693 (Ace2):955: in function <Interface\AddOns\Ace2\AceEvent-2.0\AceEvent-2.0.lua:948>
I have completely deleted and reinstalled KCItems through WUA (I'm running disembeded, and do not have a standalone version of fence) and deleted all of my saved variables with no change.

oho, I will try this when I get home, do I need to create a special 'Flight' set?
Yes, there will be a new setting in your "Mount" menu for flight form. (And yes, it's there even if you're not a druid. As I said, not the most elegant solution.)
Aug 6, 2007I think I have ClosetGnome_Mount working with druid flight form. The problem was that SpecialEvents_Mounted does not fire for flight form, so I had to use SpecialEvents_PlayerBuffGained and SpecialEvents_PlayerBuffLost to test for being in flight form. This is probably not the most elegant solution, but it seems to work. (Well enough for me anyway.) I have attached my modified ClosetGnome_Mount.lua to this post.Posted in: General AddOns
Jun 16, 2007My husband and I are having the same problem with not showing up in eachother's Violation. We are both running r40052. I am a druid, he is a warrior. We are also both running the combat log extender for violation. I have not yet tried disabling it to see if that resolves the issue.Posted in: General AddOns
