posted a message on Omen - Bug Reports and Suggestions
I'm not sure if this has been brought up before but for some reason my imp is showing up on the threat list even though he is phase shifted and not doing anything. Sometimes he shows up there even before I do. I suppose this could have to do with him casting fire shield on party members but I kinda doubt it. Any ideas why this would be happening?

Opening the rules window on a Mac crashes WoW...at least it does for me...

damn, i was hoping that it was just my sloppy xml that i fixed up. must be something else (or i've missed something)

What's strange is that the previous revision was working just fine for me...

I, too, am having the WoW crash when clicking "rules" problem. I'm on an Intel Mac, running WoW 2.1.3 with ArkInventory r43490. I've tried having just ArkInventory installed, and have tried adding in independent copies of DewDrop, PeriodicTable and the Ace2 libs.

    Crash report:

    WoWBuild: 16898

    Local Zone: Ironforge

    Local Player: Valirya, 0000000000BB1AF7, (-4930.89,-958.364,501.543)

Add Ons: Ace ArkInventory Ace2 DewdropLib PeriodicTable-3.0

    =========================================================
    Assertion Failed!

    App: /Users/Shared/Applications/World of Warcraft/World of Warcraft.app
    File: /Volumes/F2/usrbuild/xb/build/WoW_6898patch2.1.3/WoW/Source/Mac/../../../Engine/Source/Gxu/Gxu.cpp

    Error Code: 0x85100086

Could this have anything to do with me having installed WoW in a non-standard location?

    Thoughts?

I've got WoW installed in the standard location for a Mac and I'm having the same problem...

Did you update? That is something that was already fixed and specifically named in the patch notes.

Yeah, I'm running the latest release, 43490...funny thing is I didn't have a problem with the rules window on the previous revision...

    I get these errors:

And it spams "Bag Location ( 1 ), value not coded"

I was getting that too so I deleted the saved variables file for ArkInventory. That cleared the erros for me but I did lose all my settings...

On line 157 of Hyjal/Archimonde.lua there is an exta "if" after the elseif which is causing an error; it says "elseif if". Removing the "if" after elseif fixed the problem for me.

EDIT: Nevermind, fixed in the latest revision...

posted a message on wowace.py - lightweight, cross-platform addon updater
Not sure if anyone else is seeing this but when I run the updater it updates everything like it should but then, if I run it again, it updates everything it just updated to the same version. Perhaps there was a change to the format of the latest.xml file or maybe an error in it's generation?

I am using version 2.0.6 of the updater.

Here's some sample output (same output for 2 consecutive runs):

    Run 1:

    posted a message on ArkInventory
After upgrading to the new version, the Soul Shard category has changed. It, apparently, no longer includes Soul Shards only empty shard bag slots. I assume this has to do with the recent switch to PT3 but I still find it a little odd.

I had it setup so that items such as these would be in frame 4 and were hidden. Now they appear in my frame 5 (which houses the System: DEFAULT) category while the empty bag slots remain in frame 4 and are still hidden. Not sure if this has been reported or is even considered a bug but I just thought I'd throw it out there.

    BTW..awesome mod...
