    Yeah, I forgot to specify. I update my addons from within my interface/addons folder.

    So you still have to create a respoitory in a clean folder on your computer somewhere (and you'll need to use that to get new addons from the SVN), but once that's done just copy the ones you use wholy over to the addons folder and you can update them from there.

    While lying dead during a wipe in ZG (meh 16 manning thekal) I tried changing a blank bar into a bar to count how many were dead and I got these errors:

    It seems some folders get renamed or removed from the SVN. What I do is delete those items from my harddrive and you won't see the "Error: Failed to add directory" error.

    If you want to update specific folders just select them (use multiple select with ctrl-click if you want to update more than one folder) in the main repository folder. It means tortoisesvn will ignore any folder that you haven't selected.

    I've been really enjoying this addon. I have a couple of requests:

    One is spam protection. Some players/mobs really really spam their skills (the best example is shoot). If there could be something stopping messages being repeated that would be great.

    Display time. I didn't see any option to reduce the display time of messages. Most spells are quickly cast, so it would be nice to reduce the time the message is displayed for.

    Also I have noticed that the combat log records when you interrupt someones spell. It would be great if WH reported that aswell, so you know when you've stopped a spell and when you haven't :).

    With regards to my fps drop as I posted in another thread: It seems to work ok now. I patched it up couple of hours ago from the SVN. I made a dummy raid with some guildies who weren't doing much and it all worked fine.


    Edit: Ok I deleted my savedvariables as per Moonsorrows post below and it all worked perfectly! Thanks :D.

    Actually it bugged out and didn't appear at all. Possibly some sort of conflict. And this was before I found the 'save buglist' option in bugsack so I don't even have the errors to give (bad enduser, bad!).

    Anyway the only reason I mentioned it was because of the "/x standby" comment. I've used standby on bugging addons before to work out which ones are creating a fps drop, and from a laymans perspective it works perfectly in finding what addon to lay the blame on :).

    In that case it was XRS that caused the fps. But I haven't had a chance to properly test it (won't be raiding till tomorrow) and since I've had the problem the XRS build has been updated anyway . If it occurs again I'll make a proper report :)

    I thought I might note I found XRS to have a large impact on my FPS. However I never reported it as it was only the one case and I haven't had a chance to properly test it (missed a couple of raids).

    I believe all Ace addons can be put into standby mode so it's fairly easy to test which one is giving the fps drop. Just put each on in standby until the situation fixes itself, it should be fairly obvious when it does (fps going form sub-10 to 30+ is a AMAZINGLY obvious change).

    Not need to log in and out constantly like with non-ace addons :)

    With the update to FuBar 2.0 I started using profiles again instead of one default profile for all my chars.

    So disabling FuXPFu on my bank alt then logging onto another char with it enabled, then logging onto the char with it disabled resulted in the addon being placed on the minimap and these errors appearing.

    Also. The rep on the bar is still out. It says "x% left" when it's actually "x% so far".

    Now with the expansion looming near and the level cap increasing I wondered if it would be possible for fuxpfu to support showing the rep gain bar and the exp bar at the same time.

    Hi, I can't seem to find the option to enable portraits. Does it require the playerframe to be enabled?

    To be specific I read that they were available with this mod, and I wanted to display them on the partyframes (I have target/playerframe disabled). However I cannot find the option to enable them.

    Option to keep the Party frames linked (or the player and target/tot) in the future?


    I second that. Would be nice if the party frames were linked to each other, same for partypets frames. Then you could position them and just scale the distance between each frame, rather than positioning each one individually.


    Also I have some requests for the targetoftarget frame:

    I think it would be nice if it changed whether the targetoftarget is squishy or not (from the perspective of a tank it's useful). For examples the border would be: red for cloth/leather, orange for mail, green for plate, white for yourself.
    Also be nice if it was possible to turn off the hp/mp text (which would also collapse the spare black area where the text is normally).

    An option to remove the coloured overlay (or change it's alpha) of the debuffs would be nice too. Sometimes it's hard to see what they are.


    Other than that I really like this addon :) simple but very effective. Loads quickly and is nice and small.

    hrm, that's odd, could you get me a screenshot of your rep window open and your mouse over the plugin/printing to the chatframe?


    Edit: Ah! The report is ok, but the FuBar text is off:

    It appears the mod works out the total rep you have, which includes all previous rep points from neutral onwards (hated reps come up as negative figures). Is it possible to adjust the figures for each rep range individually?

    I'd assume that requires taking the standing then adjusting the min/max rep accordingly (so to get the right showing you need to minus the previous rep bands - Friendly would need -3000, honored -9000, revered -21000, and exalted -33000). Hated reps would need the figure in +.

    Also could it be possibly to make it so you can alter the texts displayed via a menu? I tried changing it manually but it kept breaking the addon (worse is I have no idea why, so much for my limited coding knowledge). For instance I'd like to see *currentrep/maxrep, %currentrep*. Same goes for the xp values.

    So you'd need options to display:

    %currentrep
    currentrep/maxrep

    Same above but 'to go' options (so maxrep-currentrep and % version).

    Also need the same for xp, plus a restxp text.



    Edit: an example of the current state. my report comes up as this:

    Argent Dawn:12863/21000 (61.25%) Currently Revered with 8137 to go

    The text displays as:

    Argent Dawn: 8127 to go 61% left (33863/42000).

    I am currently (according to my blizz rep pane) 12863/21000

    So it's actually the minrep/maxrep part that's in error.

    Would be nice if it displayed things like: The name of the rep your watching, the % left/ %into level. And the current/max rep.

    I tend to forget what the hell I've set it to watch ^^
