Make sure to update ALL your Rock addons. The "attempt to index 'args'" errors mean one of your Rock libs is out of date, and it may be a copy embedded in another addon such as CowTip, FuBar, or Cartographer.

I always update all my addons, and I'm getting similar errors.

So for some reason, when I reverse the direction that bars deplete in, fading no longer works properly. It fades as though it's not reversed. I'm not sure what the issue is. If you need any additional information I'd be glad to post it; I'm still not sure what one needs to troubleshoot a mod.

I hate to bump this topic, but I'm still having the same issue as the above poster. I've admittedly scaled down the bar (so it will fit in my UI, plus it's a behemoth otherwise), but it's pretty annoying.

posted a message on StandAloneLibs - what do they do?
I have a LOT of Ace addons. And by that I mean I have a LOT of ace addons. 50+ maybe. What I'm wondering is, should I install standalonelibs, and delete the Libs folders in my ace addons, and change it to WITHOUT externals? I'm not entirely sure, so if you have an answer try to go a bit slow for me. Would this speed up my game, reduce my memory footprint, or just plain make things less bulky? Or anything? Thanks in advance.

everything is a mess after this morning update on my end. I opened cart only to find it fullscreened.(i had it sclaed down originally) I then attempted to scale it down, that went fine cept for the fact that the rest of my screen is black now allowing to see behind. so i still get a fullscreen coverage whether its scaled down or not.

god i wish i wouldve known bout this rock adjustment before updating. i cant do anything in pitbull nor cartographer without being pilled with popup errors. (51 errors on load alone) :(

I agree wholeheartedly. This is an absolute disaster. I know that's kind of exaggerating, but jesus lord. I can't even play my game anymore because of how messed up this is. Foglight doesn't work, Pitbull doesn't work (although i got it working after disabling cartographer_battlegrounds(..?)) This is overall a really really terrible update and I hate it a lot.

posted a message on [request] Metamap Notes import
    Quote from Xnemisez »

I think the only problem with this is the guide provides a files which needs to be imported into MetaMap. The question is if MetaMap actually saves the data into the MetaMap.lua or imports all the notes from the "said" imported file upon loading? Im up all for trying this though, MetaMap is way too much of a resource hog, 10MB or more after an hour or two of game play.

I believe you have to run Metamap first, unfortunately, as putting the provided file in the directory does not extract the notes.

For those of you that successfully imported the Brian Kopp file, how did you do so? I just downloaded the updated guide that includes a MetaMapEXP.lua file. Seeing as the author of MetaMap is MIA, I'd really like to get this working with Cart since I prefer it anyway. I have _Import and _Icons installed, as well as the MetaMap pack. I've tried placing the MetaMapEXP.lua file in the import directory as is, as well as renaming it to just MetaMap.lua. Neither appear to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go into your WTF/account name/SavedVariables folder (I think that's the path) and grab your MetaMap.lua file from there. Put that into the _Import directory.

    Hope that helps.

posted a message on [request] Metamap Notes import
I'm trying to import notes from my levelling guide, and although I've gotten it to work, there are some key things missing.

    1) The lines. Lines connect the notes. This wouldn't be such a big deal, if not for the next thing on the list...
    2) There are a LOT of notes in this guide. Some of them in the same place. As such, it makes it very difficult to read them. On Metamap, you can activate/reactivate certain colors/shapes of notes at will. This is not present in Cartographer and is a problem with the mod itself rather than the imports module. I would really like to see this function added to Cartographer, as this is the only thing stopping me from using it at the moment.

Other than that, they imported just fine. However, I would love to see the notes function in cartographer improved. I hope somebody who makes the import module/Cartographer reads this. Thanks for your time.
