    It's not working, /prat gives the usual 'enter /help blah blah blah' for me :(

    Shows it as checked to load in the Addon List, latest SVN version.

    give more details please :D

    Downloaded prat, put it in Interface/Addons, opened up WoW, confirmed that it was in the addon list and that the 'load' box was checked. When I log in, the game behaves as if I don't have prat.

    And you have no error at all ?

    thx duglum for the typo :)

    @Sariash : I've added a check on player Names. but your error is strange, do you have some friends in your friend list tha have deleted their char on something like this ?

    The per chatFrame timestamps will not work :(

    I've forgotten that I haven't found a solution to find the actual chatframe number :(

    * Player Names:
    1. Provide ability to color all chat nicks by a generated color by name so you get unique colors.
    2. Provide ability to add the player level in front of the player name.
    3. Provide ability to show players raid group number (like Nurfed).
    4. Provide ability to remember player class information that is discovered (see CleanChat)

    * Scroll :
    1. Provide ability to show a "scroll to bottom" button in the corner of a chatframe when not at the bottom.

    * Timestamps :
    1. Provide ability to toggle the space between the timestamp and playername/channelname off and on
    2. Per ChatFrame timestamps format

    * Improved localisation

    Done and commited... hope it works :D

    NB: Actually, the random nick coloring is the same as the class coloring, don't want to think about a method to randomize things ^^ feel free to hack one :D

    PS : I think I've broke the koKR locales in some modules... sorry :(

    The scrollspeed without ctrl pressed is now 1 by line, and the scrollspeed range is for a "ctrl pressed" scrolling.

    I'll commit this change at the same time than others ^^

    iek, don't commit that *g* ... let us set both speeds, with ctrl pressed and without ctrl pressed ... I prefer not to hold a key down to scroll 5 lines at once.

    QFT. But i prefer 3 lines... ;)

    Ok, I'll let the choice for the two mode :D

    again requestin option
    to set different scroll spid while key pressed (page scrolling with alt or ctrl pressed)
    currently i can set only basic scrolling speed but what i repeatedly asked for is a page scrolling on a key press, while normal scrolling without.
    this was in Nurfed long time ago, i really miss that function.

    if it is so hard to code - then i beg your pardon, if not - i would be greatfull to see it is implemented.

    thank you.

    These modification are on my local working copy, but dry coded for time, so I'll test them ASAP and then I'll commit them :P

    I've done some modification about locales too and maybee broked the koKR one, I apologise ^^

    [edit] Added some modification in the list ^^

    The better I can do, it's to provide ability to change timestamps format per chat window frame.

    Err... sorry, thats what i meant. Should go get some sleep i guess...

    I'll give a look :D

    @TBC users : I've created a branches for prat that work on TBC ( http://svn.wowace.com/wowace/branches/Prat/TBC/ ). There's still some modules that' don't work (chatlink for example), but I'm working on it. For the FuBar plugin, you can retrieve a working FuBar in the AlcUI Beta found hear : http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/index.php?cid=89

    Feature Request. :)

    - Option to color the Timestamp in the same color as the Channel

    In the colors option, there's a toggle... It's exactly what it does.

    - Option to set different Timestamp Formats for different Channels. E.g. i like %H:%M for my normal chat and %H:%M:%S for my combatlog

    It's pretty hard to achieve that with the current modules, because it implies that the greatest part of the channelnames code will be copied in the timestampes one for the channel recognition and that we have to add chat event hooking too.

    The better I can do, it's to provide ability to change timestamps format per chat window frame.

    Prat_ChannelNames.lua:1:AceModuleCore-2.0: The module "channelnames" has already been registered

    ^^ Been happening to me today, any ideas?(using latest prat+ace2)

    Have you deleted all you prat folders before updating ?

    We've done a structural change, and now all modules are in the main folder.

    dunno why, but since prat merged from several folders into one, my fubar plugin dissapeared. is it intended?

    The FuBar plugin is style external. There's actually two different addons :

    - Prat
    - Prat_FuBar2

    Got this error:

    [2006/10/09 12:41:39-5]: modules\PlayerNames.lua:170: Cannot find a library instance of AceTab-2.0.
    <in C code>: in function `error'
    AceLibrary\AceLibrary.lua:450: in function `AceLibrary'
    modules\PlayerNames.lua:170: in main chunk

    Libs were missing in the Prat-r13413.zip revision, don't know why... But there are again in the last revision.

    All externals are correctly set, I think it's about a problem in the zipping feature.

    BabbleClass is back et fixed in the last revision.

    For the "modules already loaded" problem, please delete all your old Prat folders before updating :D
