Can someone enlighten me as to why addon authors insist on putting every single part/module of their addon in a separate folder inside the interface/addons folder. I understand the need to make the addons modular... but my god. Pitbull has like 5,000 folders now. Atlas has the same. Auctioneer has always been teribad. I wish there was a better way of handling modules than just creating a bazillion folders in the inteface/addons folder. It took me a whole minute of clicking check boxes to enable my addons after accidentally disableing them. >.<

May 29, 2008Just curious, when do you plan on adding the feature that allows standby dkp via /whispers. The only thing that is holding me back from using HeadCount is lack of this feature. I still have to use NRT for this. I really wish i could find a seperate mod just for this feature until Headcount can get this added.Posted in: Raid AddOns
<3 the mod btw. Thanks for the hard work.
May 19, 2008Is there a way to get NRT to not include anyone in the raid group for attendance? (IE: Possibly adding a 0 setting under which groups to include) I really just want to use NRT for standby DKP purposes. I use CT_RaidTracker and have for a long long long time. I really like the way NRT handles loot and Standby, just not regular attendnace. Plus i'm a set in my ways. lol. If there is anyway to do this, i'd really appriciate it. Thanks again for the awesome mod.Posted in: Raid AddOns
May 12, 2008Smarty - Demon/pDebuffList replacementPosted in: Addon Ideas
I've been using pDebuffList then Demon for the past 6 months. Its very helpful. Recently i discovered a mod called Smarty created by a member of the US guild Death and Taxes. Browsing their forums, i saw the mod and several screenshots that made the mod look so cool. Unfortunatly, the guy who made it is no longer with DnT and i can't find his mod anywhere. I've searched high and low for a link to a download but was unable to find one.
Any help locating this guy or this mod would be greatly appriciate!
Here is a link to the DnT thread that used to contain the mod.
Apr 25, 2008I know the answer to this question, but i figured it couldn't hurt to ask. My guild currently requires DBM. However i would like to run both DBM and BigWigs. If i install bigwigs along side dbm, other than having 2 sets of timers, will it screw anything up?Posted in: Raid AddOns

NRT is not a raid tracker that you are able to use out-of-the-box. You are SUPPOSED to customize its internals in order to be able to use it with your DKP system.
The output can be sorted by the output formatter. You should make one!
Ah. Thanks for the clerification. One last question and i can probably figure things out from there. Do i creat the output formatter in game? Or is this done in the LUA code in the interface folder?
IE: When i click on the NRT fubar icon, i see under "Other Options" an "Output Format" menu. Under that menu i see 4 options. I'm guessing those are the "Output formatter" you speak of. How do i go about editing that? (Assuming i'm supposed to do so) I can probably figure out how to sort and things such as that once i figure out how to actually edit or create a formatter.
Thanks for your help!
Apr 24, 2008I was curious to know if the output of the attendance could be sorted alphabeticaly? I was also wanting to know what file the data is stored in that i should upload to my dkp site? (My guild site accepts a wide varitey of formats including CT_RT.) I'm guessing it should be the file @ "C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\<Account Name>\SavedVariables\NRT.lua"?Posted in: Raid AddOns
Also, should i clear the NRT mod before every raid (After i've uploaded the data to my dkp tracker. )

It's not applicable to all classes. Nothing for it to do if you're not a Priest, Mage, Druid, Shaman, Warlock, Paladin.
Ahh. Good point. However, as a raid leader, i'm tired of our mages and priests not doing their jobs. I want to be able to assign buffs to groups and such. Is there a way to allow me to do so? (IE: I'm a hunter, but i'm still able to assign pally buffs using the Blessing Manager)
Apr 13, 2008Stupid question.Posted in: General AddOns
On the minimap dropdown, i do not see the "Bufftehraid" option. I've tried grouping w/ someone and even converting to raid and i still don't see the option. Is there supposed to be an option for Bufftehraid on the fubar/minimap dropdown? Maybe i just need to be in a raid w/ a buffing class. I've also looked for somewhere to actually "activate" the bufftehraid module and haven't found one.
Any ideas? Thanks!
