    Are you talking about BT3 or BT4? To access BT4 use /bt4

    Easy if you can read and write LUA code. If not, then you're stuck with ABF or having someone create a new layout for you.

    Sylvanaar, the PlayerNames module doesn't seem to tab complete on live. Is that a feature that has not been implemented or is it a bug?

    Was that in the Live or Beta? I tried on live and the code is all using local variables and recreating the font each time it's being displayed. When I looked at the Beta stuff, it's done a lot better, but I don't have the Beta, so I can't try it. Let me know if I'm missing something Andreas. Thanks

    Simply greying out the Healthbar and putting (tapped) in brackets like that would be perfectly fine.

    Oh and I forgot to add in my original post, I am using the latest Ace3 version from Trunk.


    My post up a couple says it should work if you have smooth health bar enabled for the target. Maybe Andreas is missing something, but it looks like with that combination it should be working.

    I just went through the whole changelog for the WotLK branch... HOLY COW!!! I'm *really* liking what I see coming down the pipe (too bad you can't merge it with the live one :( )

    One thing that I'm still not seeing, which has me a little bummed is the ability to change the HitIndicator font and size. I know you can't do this in the live version (I've tried, even setting it programmatically), and it looks like this currently isn't available in the WotLK branch either. Could this be added, please?

    I'm actually surprised this isn't working Andreas. Things look like they should be in place. You have the UtilFactionColors function that checks to see if the unit is tapped and returns the TapDeadColor, which should be gray. That method is called in the HealthBar in methods StatusBarsOnValueChanged (the tapped color is being used if you have the target bar to set to SmoothHealthBars, and it is not checking if the returned value is nil -- if you are not using SmoothHealthBar). The other place is when the bar is created.

    So it seems it should work under certain conditions, but not all the time.

    That error looked like it was coming from Talented trying to embed AceHook. I never received this with Prat-2.0, and Prat-3.0 is the only difference, so I'm really not sure what's going on here, especially since the bug stack did not include anything from Prat. Would you like the full trace?

    Okay, forget the diff, it looked wrong, but it really isn't. But this next one, I think is a bug. The hit indicator doesn't seem to respect changes that you make in the layout. Maybe it's just my box but the combination of the size, font and shadow is not readable. Sometimes when you make changes to the font it will take for next output, sometimes not.

    Also, if anyone's interested, I have been able to get vertical bars to work. I've attached my hacked up version of the ABF layout for those interested. It is very much hacked up and could use a lot of work to get things to layout correctly all of the time instead of hardcoding it, but it got the job done for a proof of concept.

    Andreas, could you comment please?
