Also I fixed the minimap to use the same drop shadow texture :) Don't have any good pics to show it though.
The texture on the buffs is the icon texture from Filger, the minimap is just the background positioned to look like a drop shadow, action bars are a custom texture for button facade by kegit.
I'm not sure I want to keep the minimap and button textures the way I have them. Still on the fence...
Here are some updates:
Filger w/Coolddowns and Timer Bars (don't think I will go with this one bars just don't "fit" the UI well)
Filger w/ just Cooldowns:
The only bad thing I see about oCD is that if you get silenced during a spell cast every cooldown you have in your "watch" list then shows up so end up with big string of icons for the duration of the silence on your screen. My watch list is long since I switch specs :(. However, that doesn't happen with Filger that I've seen.
