That's dependent on the order the addons are loaded It should be reasonably alphabetized Z-A, sometimes. Plugins that are delayed will just be stuck in randomly though.

Meh. That's evil. There was a blue post about this subject in response to Tekkub stating that they would be sortable by the addon in the 2.4 patch. Owell.

Ok, in general I am trying to find solution for this via numerous chat addons and it seams that none have this. Fubar had it once, but since I stopped using fubar I can't find good addon for this.

    What shall addon do?

Reduce line: Your reputation with Aldor increased by 250
    to: [Rep][%Faction][+X]

My interface is very space saving and having reputation line extend in more than one line makes me miss important chat lines.

Would be nice if someone can make something like this.

One solution is to make a new transparent chat window which only displays reputation gains. If you go that route, you'll have new scroll buttons floating on your UI so you'll need a chatframe addon which disables them.

    TomGuided TourHeadLight?

With that, I think I'm done helping you derail this thread. Oh, wait...I started it...:D

    TourGuide...

Toss in TomTom and Lightheaded and you're set. Who, where (with ETA's) and when all in one handy, efficient trio.

    Quote from Moon Witch »

Tourguide, TomTom and if you want extra info without alt tab if the tourguide guides don't offer coords, LightHeaded.

Somehow, I'm still awake and it's been hours since I answered him. I must have been insanely tired, though, to shoot out a one-word reply when my normal answer would have mirrored those the two of you gave! :)

On that note, methinks I'll go to bed. I just envisioned a huge, nasty, feature-creep addon called Tourheaded Tom... /wrists

DoubleWide doesn't prepend quest levels, or do anything else to affect text, colors, or behavior. All it does is make the frame double-wide and move the elements to fit in the new spaces. Maybe you're thinking of EQL?

Nope. My TourGuide stopped working properly, so I went to Tekkub's google code page for it and read some of the bug reports. EQL was mentioned as a possible problem due to the quest level issue, so I thought perhaps DoubleWide was doing the same thing. After disabling DoubleWide, TourGuide worked like a charm again so I assumed this was the case. Dunno WTH happened, but as soon as I remember to I'll re-enable DoubleWide and see if it breaks again.

Bottom line: Assumptions are usually bad. :)

100% true, although I'm learning that it may be generally better to have functionality broken up into multiple smaller addons instead of being collected up into one big addon, so that you can swap in something that does a particular job better without having as much feature overlap.

Indeed. Even if the ginormous addon supplies a method of "disabling" all the features I don't want/need, it generally loads them into memory anyway - hiding them from view instead of outright disabling them. Yay for modularity!

Yeah I figured that was the case. The fallback mode that FuBar plugins have is nice, and it's kind of sad that that idea wasn't preserved in LDB.

I think the idea of "Minimap Herpes" was enough to kill that idea. It would be nice if there were a place in the spec to provide for it, though.

    Quote from Pirhotek »

Anyone get FuBar to work on the PTR?

When I load it I get no errors but the plugins are all mixed up. Here is
what happens. If I have only one plugin loaded, FuBar does not see any
plugins. If I have two loaded, FuBar sees only one of them. If I put it
on a bar, it shows up with the title of the first plugin but with
the content and icon of the other plugin. So if I have Recount and FuBar_MoneyFu,
I will see "Recount" as the only plugin available in FuBar's config. If
I put that on the bar, I see Recount as the title of the drop down but
the contents are the MoneyFu contents and the icon on the bar is MoneyFu's.
And so on if I add a third, fourth, ... plugin

FuBar_Durability shows up in red in the AddOn list and doesn't seem to work at all.

You may want to read http://github.com/tekkub/libdatabroker-1-1/wikis/home.

I've completely replaced FuBar with ButtonBin as an LDB display, and use StatBlocks for free-floating LDB plugins. For the remaining FuBar plugins I do have, I use FuBar2Broker.

I'm thinking http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info10636-Macaroon.html is pretty much what you're trying to do, from its description.

    Quote from Moon Witch »

I have been trying to work with no actionbars and solely use keybinds. So far, it's working rather well. But I've encountered 2 small issues.

Global cooldown for the spammage, and then range/mana. I have no buttons on my screen other then pots/food/water (macro -> Buffet) I am considering making a small bar at the bottom to just have those and less used spells on it, though right now as lvl28 it's not that impressive. The issue is seeing my gcd, range for MindFlay in my case (I am pedantic about timing it to optimize distance before mobs get to me), and then mana. If I do a miss-pull, I do need to know when I have run out of mana and regenned enough to bubble/heal while I keep Shoot up. Any ideas?

Quartz has a (really really small) GCD bar module that lives on/around its castbar. Then there's RangeDisplay for your range, and I use VitalWatch for mana/health.
