gray out ended de-/buffs for time x (in seconds)
i currently have all of my debuffs on the target filtered so i directly see what is missing on the boss. I would be nice if a run out de-/buff could stay as a grey line for a given amount of time (1-360 sec) and vanish then. This would help me to cast new debuffs and identify missing buffs on myself (well fed!). Ellipsis does this fine, but if EBB could do this then it's one addon less for me... ;)

Dec 9, 2008Posted in: Unit FramesQuote from KelemThere is currently no way to see raid target from aguf, or any other addon outside of pitbull that I'm aware of
Grid has a plugin for it and afaik sRaidFrames also... but these are specific raidframe addons... i more or less wanted a non Rock alternative to Pitbull and aguf does everything i want apart from this little thing now ^^
PS: i want rock free addons just to minimize the amounts of frameworks that are loaded... ace2 + ace3 are more than enough... and this is nothing personal against ckk ;)
Dec 8, 2008it's turned on, but it a) doesn't show and b) is not available to be positioned anywhere in the options menuPosted in: Unit Frames
edit: doublechecked - made a small raid group with 6 people in it, marked a mob with the infamous skull, asked someone from the raidgroup to attack the mob...
- target shows the icon
- targetting the player and looking at targettarget shows the icon
- raidframe of that player shows no icon
Dec 8, 2008i tried searching this thread for "raid icon" and "raid target" but didn't find anything...Posted in: Unit Frames
is it possible to display the raid icon of the target in the raid frames?
|Playername @ <---- skull/spade/whatever
So you quickly see which mob the people in your raid are currently targetting
btw, great work, keep it up!
Nov 25, 2008is it planned to digitally sign the client so it runs on Vista in autostart? Currently i am asked to confirme that i really want to run this application every single time i start my machine - which is kinda annoying...Posted in: Updaters
otherwise: keep up the good work ;)
Nov 1, 2008well, the groups thing is more difficult than just a small interaction with the ingame calendar... you'd need to either find a place in the public/officer notices to store the additional ranks or sync them over all raid planning people in your guild.Posted in: Addon Ideas
Option 1 (notes) for example is out of scope for our guild, as we use the public note for the Users real name and the officer notes for EPGP numbers...
in the end it's just us again smashing our heads to fix a too easy approach of Blizz to do stuff :(
Oct 30, 2008Posted in: Addon IdeasQuote from TogRedbeard1. Add the possibility of events being signup-based, and not invite-based. Currently all events need the members to be invited, either by manual invite or mass invite. I would rather be able to set up an event that is visible to everyone in the guild, which they can choose to sign up to.
2. If we're stuck with the invite mechanic, please increase the limit beyond 100 people. I currently can't make a social event with signups available to all our level 70s even, since we have 2-300 70s in the guild, all of the same member rank.
just today i made the suggestion in the Blizzard forums to change the guild rank system to a groups based system, so that every guild member can be a member of several groups within the guild. A common group we'd all like to see would be 'raider'. With that, invitations would only go out to all characters that are raid capable.
too bad my suggestion vanished to page 3 in just 1 hour :( Blizzard will never even read it... and i doubt a suitable addon can be created that would also interact with the ingame calendar
