    Seems interesting....there are already many mods that add similar elements, but it might be icool to see what happens if they're combined into one mod instead of being split across several different mods entirely

    I just want to share a few of my ideas for mods, so take a look if you want

     

    Witcher Signs mod: I think it would really fun if someone made a mod that added the "signs" used by Witcher Geralt in The Witcher 3:Wild Hunt...it would be nice if some of the upgrades/skills were added as well but that might be a little much

     

    Uniqe Artifacts: basically, just a mod that adds unique/special weapons (maybe armor/gear as well?) from popular videogames. Some examples would be:

     

    Skyrim: Auriels Bow/Shield, Bloodskal Blade, perhaps any/all of the daedric artifacts

     

     The Witcher 3: Aerondight, Iris (the sword not the NPC, although that would be kinda interesting), Caretakers Spade

     

    Dragon Shouts: I think I've suggested this before but I'm going to do it again...I think it would be awesome if someone got permission and remade/updated the dragon Shouts mod. It doesn't appear to be updated or paid any attention to anymore and that's a shame because it looks like a fun little mod

     

    Assassin's Creed Odyssey mod: I'm not sure how doable this is (if at all) but the idea is a mod that adds the Spear of Leonidas from the aforementioned game and some of the skills/abilities as well. It might be cool if it added other weapons/armor/gear from Odyssey as well, but I'm just curious to see what those skills/abilities would be like to use inside Minecraft

    firstly, I just wanna say that I loved Mine and Blade: Battlegear 2, and I wish it would get updated/remade for new MC versions....secondly: I do know of a mod that allows shields to reflect projectiles back at attackers:

    I have a somewhat strange idea for a mod.... what if someone were to make a new mod that added an all new dimension called Opposite World thats exactly the same as the Overworked, except for one major difference: everything is backwards/reversed....Animals (Sheep, Pigs, Cows etc.) are hostile, monsters (Zombies, Spiders, etc.) are friendly, diamond tools and armor are the weakest and wooden tools are the strongest. maybe in Opposite World players could tame Spiders as pets instead of Wolves, there could be villages with monsters as inhabitants, and perhaps villagers could roam the wilds as raiders and try to steal items from players and attack monster villages...oh, and iron golems could maybe spawn in monster villages to help fend off attacks from raiders/villagers

    I don't know about .rar files but .zip files usually aren't simply placed in the mods folder, they normally have to "unzipped" or "unpacked". you do that by either double clicking the .zip file(s) or right clicking the .zip file(s) and then hitting the "Open" option or whatever the equivalent on your computer is (I use a Mac so the way I do things for Minecraft is usually way different from the way others do it) anyway, after you unpack the .zip file(s) place whatever was inside the .zip file(s) into the mods folder

    I don't know about this idea of yours, but there mods that do similar things, such as:

    Metamorph/Morph-these mods allow players to become shapeshifters to turn into mobs and gain their abilities 

     

    Dissolution- it isn't really the focus of the mod, but when you die with this mod installed, you become a ghost-like entity that allows you to fly, glide, and pass through some blocks...the idea is to get a new body after dying, but in the spirt form you can also possess the bodies of NPCs and enemies, to gain some of their abilities

    im not sure how many others out there love Skyrim as much as I do, but when I first found out about the dragon shouts mod for 1.8, I got really excited....ever since I first heard about it I've been keeping an eye on it to see where it went, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be going anywhere. its still only for 1.8 and I think maybe 1.7.10 and it only adds a few shouts, plus it doesn't appear as though the author of the mod has any intentions of updating it. so if someone could get permission to make a port for newer versions of MC, or just completely remake it that would be nice.

    posted a message on Saturation fix/replacement mod

    im not sure about anyone else, but I've always found that by default, the hunger in minecraft drains way too quickly, and the saturation effect is too OP for my tastes.....does anyone else wish there was a mod that added a way to slow down/prevent hunger loss without getting the regeneration effect?

    I think it would pretty pretty cool if somebody made a mod that adds wildfire from Game of Thrones.....maybe wildfire TNT/bombs? or perhaps a splash potion of wildfire or something of that nature...idk, I just think it would be fun to watch stuff burn while engulfed in green flames

    yes, I have ancient warfare, but its kinda boring because all it really does is add castles with enemies, since I can't figure out how the rest of it works....besides: the only reason I got ancient warfare in the first place was because it was supposed to add war machines like catapults and trebuchets at some point...obviously that never happened, so for me ancient warfare isn't really worth it

    I have MCA as well, but I'm not currently using it. ill consider checking out doom like dungeons/ rogue like dungeons but I've never been able to figure out custom NPCs

    I'm looking for mods for 1.12.2 that add a sort of RPG feel to MC....so far I have: baubles and potion fingers, tool belt, wearable backpacks, neat mod (adds health bars above enemies), levels (allows you to unlock special skills and abilities for swords and armor), iblis (use experience to upgrade player stats/skills), bonfires (adds bonfires from dark souls to use as teleporters, along with some other stuff), and I also have antique atlas and the multi hotbar mod, but I'm not sure they really count as "RPG" type mods. does anyone know of any other mods for MC 1.12.2 that might give a somewhat RPG-like experience?
