It would be amazing if the description and license on the addon page would also be updatable via de pkgmeta file, as is the changelog.
As it stands now, only the changelog file is used and that seems like a waste of time and resources. I for one always keep my changelog, readme (addon page description basically) and license markdown files updated, there's no reason why they couldn't be used on the addon page automatically when I send them via git.
Also, I noticed that on the new website, the markdown on the changelog looks super bad, giant fonts etc, it was just perfect on the old site and it still is on the twitch app. For an example you can check one of my addons https://www.curseforge.com/wow/addons/m4x-goldtracker/changes, and check the same on the app to compare. The markdown file it self is correctly formatted.

AFAIK, you can still update the project description using a .docmeta file.
