I pushed a tag to the migrated repository of one of my projects a little while ago, and I noticed that the changelog now appeared as plain text instead of using creole as instructed.
According to https://www.curseforge.com/knowledge-base/world-of-warcraft/527-preparing-the-packagemeta-file you should still be able to use creole as markup-type.
Edit: On an unrelated note, the link to this particular knowledge article is broken on the following page: https://www.curseforge.com/knowledge-base/world-of-warcraft
The link is currently pointing to "curseforge.com/knowledge-base/wow/527-preparing-the-pkgmeta-file"
Sorry about that - the URL has been fixed, and the documentation updated. We no longer support creole, bbcode, or textile in ChangeLogs.
Thanks for the information.
When editing a file, how are you able to use html to format the changelog text? In the dropdown selection I only see "markdown" and "WYSIWYG".
When you're in WYSIWYG mode, click the </> icon in the menu bar to switch to "source code" view.
Oh, nice. Thank you.
