I no longer see a way to edit the default template provided when someone creates a new ticket, and there is also no default text there at all.
Having something for users to fill out that included requests for version numbers, error messages, and exports of any relevant configuration was VERY helpful in getting tickets resolved quickly. Now, I'm almost always going to have to come back at the submitter each time and specifically ask for all the relevant information.
Big +1 to this. Also it would be great if there was some sort of public issue tracker for CurseForge where add-on authors could file requests, +1, etc.
Frankly the new CurseForge issue tracker is missing half the features the old one had and is hardly usable. I can't even easily see which tickets have unread comments. Managing a large ticket queue is very difficult now.
