I for one definitely know I posted here. Not sure why they were all deleted. And this wasn't fixed in December. At least not the one available on Curse. I also tried using the latest release found here. It was literally just updated today.

Well, an alpha version that fixed this was released in December, apparently. Alphas are not very obvious in that they do not appear on Curse at all, and not in the Curse client by default, so most people will probably miss them. (me included, in this case) A release version was tagged today.

Hello,
After the last Grid release, my corner icons won't work properly. It's like the corner icons were pushed behind the main grid frame, so that I can hardly see the top border of GridIndicatorCornerIcon on those that are on the 4 top spots, and the bottom border of those that are on the bottom 4 spots. This new GridIndicatorCornerIcons release didn't solve the issue. Anyone knows what might be causing it? Is it some sort of new Grid configuration that I should set?

I can not reproduce your problem. Grid-5.3.0.1618 and GridIndicatorCornerIcons-50300-1 works for me, but I will test it again.

Apparently, there was a similar issue with the central corner icon of Grid, that has recently been solved, so I believe there's a way of bringing the corner icons to the front of the health bars again. Some sort of coding or something?

I haven't been able to reproduce any issues with indicator layering since 5.3.0.1618. Make sure you actually updated Grid -- try deleting the Grid addon folder completely, and reinstalling it. If the folder got marked as read-only somehow, then programs like the Curse Client aren't able to overwrite it with the new version. Also, make sure you don't have WoW installed in two places or, if you intentionally have two installations, make sure you're updating Grid in both installations.

Phanx, you were right, the folder was indeed "read only" for some reason. But even after uninstalling grid and grid-indicator-corner-icons, the issue remains.

There is a temp fix to make it work here.

Hopefully however someone with the skills will update it to work with the newest version of Grid.

I have been working on porting this one to the new indicator API based on your recommendation in the other thread. I've finished it for one icon and all that remains is to copy the logic to the others. I'm curious if Kunda plans on updating his addons for 6.0.2 because I don't want to step on any toes.

EDIT: It looks like someone has addressed this one now with http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/gridindicatorextra.

There also seems to be a new addon called GridIndicatorsDynamic on Curse. It allows you to create and customize as many individual icons, indicators, and text as you like. Hope this is helpful.
