i. The Target and focus power bar don't work. All power types (rage, focus, mana and energy) are colored yellow (this is for ALL units, not only these two) and when my target and focus target spend power, the power bar doesn't update, it remains full, and when I switch target and go back to the previous target, it updates to its current power but then it freezes right away and doesn't update anymore again.
What version are you using? (You should have included that information.)
Some of the recent releases had problems with power bars; either revert to a much older version, or get the absolutely latest release, potentially an alpha.
Hi I have question since im new this add on. I am warlock and i cant find or see the display of my minon (Pet's Target window) so i know what my pet is attacking on.. Plus I dont see the Party (Target window) either..

I'm using the latest v4.0.9. Gonna try with an alpha, from 5 hours ago.
Anyone have a problem about 4.08+ for combo points? Not say about recent bug, i say about target combo points , because i cant see in target, only in player frame ( and i dont like this ) Any idea how come back combo points to target frame ( similar to 4.0.8 version)??
Same as Davidrm15 here.
I have no more "Combo Bar" and Combo Point don't work on target frame.
Shadowed 4.0.9.
Edit : Find my combo bar back, settings is in the "Element Size panel". But it seems very buggy on target, it update only when i switch target. On "Player" frame, it works well.
Having same problem with combo points as davidrm15 and BrulCalaad after 4.0.9 upgrade. It's really inconvenient to look at player frame cps, so used to monitoring them on the target.
(still need help on this add on.) :o( im new this add on. I am warlock and i cant find or see the display of my minon (Pet's Target window) so i know what my pet is attacking on.. Plus I dont see the Party (Target window) either..
Hm, those should have been fixed in 4.0.9. If the alpha doesn't work, I have some ideas, but they're tedious for you and anybody else involved. :-\
Sorry for taking too long to answer, I haven't had too much time to play. No, latest alpha (v4.0.9-4-gacba500) doesn't work either, power bars are still the same color assigned to "energy", and focus frame and target frame don't update their current power, they stay static (both power bar and power text).
I found out what it is. It's OUF. I only have OUF Diablo, not the entire UI Interface, but when I disable that addon it works perfectly. What part of that addon could be making so much trouble?

The only thing oUF does outside of its own frames is hide the Blizzard unit frames for units it creates frames for. This could conflict with other addons that also hide the same frames, but it shouldn't affect anyone's ability to show power bars correctly.
I'd suggest installing an error-catching addon like Bugger or BugSack (or if you already have one of those [or Swatter, which comes with Auctioneer] turn it on) to check for Lua error messages. There is a "Show Lua Errors" option built into game but it's not very good, with its biggest problem being its inablity to display errors that occur early in the UI loading process.
I'm also having trouble with the combo points on Target after updating to 4.0.9.
First of all, even if I check Enable Combo Points, they won't appear at all under the target. In order to make them appear, I need to to go to Widget Size -> Combo Points, and then click on Show as bar.
Secondly, after they eventually appear, they won't work right. They show up only after I kill the first target, then they get stuck and only change after another target dies. Basically, it only shows the amount of combo points you have left after killing a target, nothing else. It doesn't build combo points on the target.
I don't use SUF, so I can't say whether there's actually a bug in the addon or not, but this sentence jumped out at me -- combo points no longer "build" on the target, period. They are now just a secondary resource on the player, like paladin holy power. It doesn't matter which enemy you attacked to gain a combo point, or whether you've changed targets. Combo points aren't tied to targets at all anymore. If you're expecting combo points to change when you change targets, you should stop expecting that. :p

Pretty sure you missed the entire point of his question. hes talking about the fact, that when he uses combo "BUILDING" abilites like Mute or dispatch or what have you. The combo points do not appear on the targets frame in real time. The only way the combo points show up on your target is if you target something else and then retarget the former. Even when you spend the combo points they don't go away as having been spent. I recently had this issue with my rogue and thought it was an issue i must have done via settings. But this is clearly a bug in the system the same way totem timers weren't working for a time for shamans. so if this gentlemen and I could get some feedback "no offense intended to the previous poster" that would be much appreciated.

No, but I'm pretty sure you missed the entire point of my post -- I clearly stated that I don't use this addon, and that I was responding only to the specific part of his post that I quoted, which mentioned combo points on the target, which do not exist in the game anymore.
While it may seem obvious to you that combo points are no longer tied to specific targets, in my experience it's very, very common that people don't read patch notes at all, and can go many months without realizing that a change like this has been made. For example, for at least 6 months after mounts were changed so they all moved at your fastest learned speed, I'd get multiple whispers every day from people asking me how I was moving at +100% speed on a ground mount that had previously only moved at +60% speed.
I'm not discounting that there's a bug in the addon (the last few pages of this thread make it pretty clear there are a lot of bugs in the addon) but I just wanted to make sure the poster I was replying to wasn't expecting to see different numbers of combo points on different targets.
Bottom line, I just want the combo points to appear properly under the Target frame, like it used to. They still appear, but they are not working right at all. It's not a change in a patch or something regarding combo points. Like I said, if I set them to show under the Player frame, they work properly. They should work in the same way no matter where I add them.
Hey I'm a Warlock and I'm having trouble with specific spells executing when I target the boss with the SUF Boss frame. Specifically, any time I try to apply Doom or Corruption to the Boss mob by selecting the Boss frame and executing the spell, nothing happens. I do not have this issue when I select the Boss by clicking the actual Boss. Anyone know how I can fix this?

This results in the default target frame not showing if I enter combat before targeting something.
