Grid doesn't offer unit popup menus, so I'm not sure how that error could be caused by Grid, but if you can reproduce it with only Grid enabled (no plugins), please post a bug report in Grid's ticket tracker. Also you should probably be posting in the Grid thread about issues you think are caused by Grid, not the Shadowed Unit Frames thread. I don't generally monitor random other addons' threads for posts about Grid; I just happened to see this one.
How long should the SuF config to load? I've been using SuF for a long time and for the last couple of months it takes 20-30 seconds to load. I've tried removing, re-installing, disabling all other addons and it seem to take the same amount of time either way.
Are you referring to the issue mentioned by redisk? If so I'm still unable to generate a menu when right clicking on a raid member from the raid frame (works from target frame). I get the error pasted by redisk when I attempt to do so, with nothing loaded but ShadowUF. Right clicking on Blizzard raid frame works fine. I'm using 3.8.4 Release

Alright, well I just asked the first person I saw in the guild to try it out. He uses something else for raid frames, so I had to tell him how to enable them (uses ShadowUF for other stuff). He right clicked, got an error. Has 3.8.4.
I just nuked all my settings, manually deleted and pulled down 3.8.4 again same results, tried with only SUF loaded, same result. So maybe we're talking about different issues since yours is definitely resolved, and mine definitely is not :)
Just to clarify, this is an issue with the Popup menu from the raid frame, not the target or any other, all other frames I could find to click on worked fine, this is using nothing but ShadowUF for raid frame, no clique etc. I'd be happy to stream/highlight the reproduction process but it's pretty straight forward. Install SUF, enable raid frame, create a raid, right click someone's raid bar, enjoy error.
Im having a couple of issues, not sure if its been there before 5.2 but here it is:
- The aggro highlight border colour is showing light grey colour instead of red.
- When having out of range alpha enabled, dead units are showing out of range, even though Im in range of them.
- When having both out of range alpha and show incoming heals/absorbs enabled, the whole health bar colour changes to the colour of incoming heal/absorb when im out of range. Its as if the alpha is applied to the health colour, but not to the incoming heals/absorb.
Any way for me to fix these issues? Love the addon!
is there a way to make the option to "Enlarge Removable Auras" to work with my warrior??
I rly like that option on my shaman or mage which have spellsteal/purge abilities.
Don't forget to take out the print("Initial force") next time you happen to be committing something. :-) It's quite a flood when relogging while in a raid.
FWIW, haven't had any dropdown issues (other than one particular Clique setting no longer taking effect whenever SUF is loaded, but it's not a big deal). Thanks for the fixes!

- Bosses with just one target it's fine, however, there is a small "freeze" when I put my target on the main boss.
If I disable SUF (even in mid-fight), the frame rate come back to 60.
The only lua error that I got talk something about "script ran too long Time", but I didn't save it and doesn't happen all the time.
News: I turned on SUF but with BOSS module DISABLED and tested again in Will of Emperor. Everything was fine. So, the problem is with this module, I suppose.

There's no boss module, they are identical to #####target ones like target of target. So there's not really a reason you should have lag issues with just the boss units and not the other ones, unless you aren't using any "Target of X" units.
Ultimately:
1) I don't raid at all, so there's no way I'll be able to debug this. And nobody else has reported it, and if it was a widespread issue I'd see more people complaining. If you're able to trace it down to a specific feature in the boss units that's causing it, I can try and look further.
2) Blizzard seems to have made boss units real units, so the polling for status changes is no longer necessary. You could try the latest alpha and see if that fixes it for you.
I'm not completely certain this is an SUF issue, but after the latest update my default blizzard Rune Bar on my deathknight has appeared on my screen in the upper left corner, all by itself.
I want to be able to see the stacks of blazing sunfire, venom bolt volley, etc for horridon fight....among others as well. As myself and our druid are only ones who can currently cleanse doors 2 and 3. I want to be able to prioritize whom i use cleanse on first.
I am so far unable to get the stack numbers to show with SUF raid frames. With my current resolution the blizz raid frames are too small to see the stacks.
I've added Aura indicators plug-in but it doesn't seem to be doing anything (ran lfr 3 times and am tired of fail groups making each take an hour just to test, with disappointing results).
Any ideas? Have searched for videos and literature on the subject but have yet to find anything useful.
I've seen a few posts over the years but never any responses. If you have "show party as raid" checked, is there no way to have raid pets showing? Party pets works if that's not checked, if it's checked and I convert the party to a raid the pets show up with the raid pets settings. Am I missing something?

Ok if by latest alpha u are referring to the most recent update, I have that. I am still unable to easily see stacks of poison, disease, etc for the affected players on the horridon fight. I tried going into the aura.lua file and adjusting font size/position. While this kinda works it really is hard hard to see yet.
I guess what I WANT to do but am not sure how to is this:
1) Put the stack number in upper right corner, on edge of aura frame (even extending outside so not to affect or be blocked by timer from Omni CC)
2) Make the font of the stack color neon green or some color that is easy for me to see
3) Make the font size large enough for me to see easily.
Thank u for any help u may give me on this matter....I really like SUF and don't want to add another add on if i do not need to.
