PB4 is not getting updated on Curse as beta. Not sure why but you have several posts from October labeled as v4.0.0-beta5-xx-xxxx and Curse still only shows your post from 9/14/2009 as the latest beta update. I assume this problem will continue with the most recently release. Something is going wrong here and it would be great if it could get resolved so that beta releases will download via the Curse Client when Install Type -> Beta is selected.
Thanks - love the addon - don't know what I'd do without it!
I just never put out a new beta because the only really noticeable issue was the spell id thing that didn't really do anything but whine when you logged in. More time passed than I intended because I got busy with other real life stuff.
Im having alot of problems understanding the settings of pitbull 4. What I want to do is make targets target a small thin "HP bar only" above my targets bar. I cannot find any settings specific to targets target. I can only find options to change the dimentions of the whole hp and mana bar of ToT. I also wanna remove the auras of it. Any help appreciated.

You need to create a new layout for ToT and select as the layout used for it.
If I remember correctly there is even a default Lua text code for combo points. Just create a new text, place it where you want and choose the combo point text.
How would one hide a LUA text when it is not relevant to a toon. (without making different layouts for each toon)
Specifically. I made a lua:text for my XP rested and have it showing in my Blank bar. "150% rested" etc. but I would like it to not show up once you are level 80 since that value is irrelevant at that point.
Ha... Think I just answered my own question as I wrote this... add a test for level 80... doh! (at least till Cataclysm arrives) other ideas?
I like what I'm seeing on this new version of Pitbull, thanks! :)

use an if maxlevel condtition then it works for cata to.
does the API have returns for role? ie the LFD group roles for tank, healer, dps.
would be nice to put those icons on the party frames, mostly for my healer alt but should be handy for other purposes - like sorting party/raid frames by role.

that appears to have raid tank/assist icons but nothing for 5 man parties (tank, healer, dps)? (just going off the description on curse, at work so cant try it out yet)
Is there a way to configure VisualHeal for Pitbull4?
Specifically I would like to disable showing overheals. With my player target layout, whenever Im being overhealed, the overheal bar overlaps the ToT and ToTT.
Currently you can only set the overheal color to 0 alpha to "disable" overhealing bars.
But there are some tickets about that, you maybe want to vote for them.

Unfortunately, Pitbull4 only gives you the option of changing the outgoing overheal color. The incoming color is only a single entry, so the only other option would be to disable the VH module completely.
I just have a small question. When I first started using PB4 I had my buffs/debuffs on the same line. Debuffs would show to the left of the line and after those the buffs would start with mine showing first them everyone elses. Well somewhere along the way with an update it stopped doing that. Now it stacks the debuffs on top of the buffs so I can't see them. I've tried figuring it out on my own, but I guess I'm missing something? Or maybe it can't do that anymore? But if someone knows how to make it so they don't stack while being on the same line I'd be forever grateful.
I play a paladin tank. One thing that's become rather important for me in Icecrown raid instance is the buff count Blood Power on Deathbringer encounter. For some reason, I cannot see that particular buff at all, this I have to rely on other to tell me what the current Blood Power count is to adjust my tanking. Any tips?

I noticed that too. It also throws an error about not being able to find the library. Installing LHC-4.0 as standalone fixed that though.
That's pretty cool. Thanks for that.

Sorry.
You need to create a new layout for ToT and select as the layout used for it.
Then select the bar u wanna change.
Can you be a bit more specific, I can see the layout creation process but how do i change ToT settings only after that?
Edit: Nevermind i figures it out :) Cheers anyway.

Download the module.
do you mean pitbull4_extras?

Download the newest version if you don't have it.
