Is it possible to parent frames to pitbull4? I parented a KG panel to PitBull4_Frames_target, and the panel disappeared entirely, and didn't show up after I reset it's XY offset and reloaded ui. I had to parent it back to UIParent and reload before it would show.
Currently i'm using a script to show/hide the frame, but it's very laggy.
Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong here?
Same Problem here.
When i try to parent Pitbull4 Targetframe, FocusFrame, Targetoftargetframe .. etc the panels disappear entirely!
can somebody help me out with the basics of how to script these panels, that they only appear when the corresponding pitbullframes are visible?
Thanks in advance.
I didn't want to sub a ticket cause it's more of a question if it could be done and what would be the best way. could it be possible to module kgpanels to pitbull ? more or less already have most the attachments (parenting) done per units. maybe have drop down scripts for such? kinda for us noobs that scripting isn't the strong point but still have the ability for the guru's to change what they like within. i posted here since kagaro is here too
Hello!!!
I like to personalize my UI so much like to play WOW :)
I like to see your UI to take ideas.
I like some more, I like others less, but always I see something jointly : the player frame always is show. :(
This does that many UI remain not symmetrical, unbalanced ... Do not you think equally?
For time I walk looking for an unit-frame addon that allows me to hidde the player frame when I do not have any target or I am out of combat.
To imagine the new UI that we might design if this was possible...
Now that Pitbull 4 this in development... You would not like to be able to specify the opacity of the different frames: player, target, pet ... according to different situations: with target, in combat, resting ...? We would have the perfect addon xD
Would it be possible to implement this in pitbull 4?
Diewolf, this feature has been in Pitbull4 since early alpha. Make sure you have the latest alpha, check to see that the Combat Fader module is enabled, and then go play with the settings for your Layout.
Is there a way to filter buffs/debuffs from a target? I just want to see my own.
I second this, all i wish to see is my Renew/POM/Grace/DA and weakened soul debuff. With this I could make my dream raid frames!. Once raid frames are in of course :P.
8065144: Allow auras not applied by yourself to be removed. (PitBull4-r20090130032516.zip)
now where is that option ? i can't find it anywhere in the aura module.
I meant literally removed as in cancel the debuff. I had made an error in only allowing buffs marked as yours to be removed. Which made it so some quest related buffs couldn't be canceled.
One of the (hopefully) easy changes might be Hide Party in Raid As i would love the MT Frame (Ora or pitbull) to replace my party.
The remaining top 3 with 30+ votes seem to grow indefinitely in feature requests and options to customize them. I am not sure if they might become too complex to implement, maintain and in the end to configure.
Do you have any plans / time to tackle one of those in the near future ?
Visual Heal will get implemented with a lot of the stuff that's in that ticket. But aura filters are a bigger priority atm. I did take the time out to do Banzai last night since it was pretty much low hanging fruit.
So far I enjoy pitbull 4 a great deal. I see that it is possible for my own debuffs on an enemy target to have a different color border, which is great.
But I actually would like my own debuffs to also have a different size (ie bigger scaling) so that countdown text etc are even more painfully obvious to my eyes in the heat of combat. I know I could get the same 'effect' by removing all buffs and debuffs other than my own from the target view and making the debuff/buff boxes larger, but the problem with this is taht I do want to generally be aware of what else is going on with that enemy mob than just my own debuffs, i just want a better method of making my own stand out.
Is this a feature to be added or am I missing an easy way to configure it to do this now?
dyson2000: I believe that is already in there (at least in the build I have tried). When editing your layout, you go to 'Aura' and then choose the 'Debuff layout' tab (or the 'Buff layout' tab). In there you have the choices 'Icon size' and 'Icon size for my auras', so you can choose different sizes for your own buffs and debuffs. :)

I'm having a couple of weird things going on..
Such as when in a party with 2 people with 'pets' such as a hunter and death knight, the party pet module shows the pets assigned to the wrong person or not at all.
This screen shot for example.. 2 DK's in the group and a hunter, all 3 have pets, but only 2 are shown and they are shown incorrectly.
Smeagle is suba's pet, not spectur.. Pebblebasher belongs to nfidel and Spectur's pet isn't even shown to exist.
Second, the range indicator is incorrect as I am well in range before the frame shows correctly.
Lastly, threat text isn't showing, at all. I have it set to the default, but it never shows on any frame, other than the bar and the color
Oh yea, the rep bar and cast bars don't work at all until a /rl is done, then they work fine..
Be sure to check the non-Open tickets first. There might be a rejected, completed or other kind of ticket for the think you are asking for.

I did it with eepanels and have no problem. Could there be a problem with kg_panels?
File a ticket for your feature request.
i'll go back to my corner again :)

Filtering is still in progress.
There are a few tickets i am eagerly waiting for in the queue:

Nice! I see that with the latest build thanks!
