Castable Debuffs on target and focus target are not showing up. Also the "big buff" Flash of light HOT and Holy Mending HOT for pallys does not appear on target and focus target frames. It would also be nice if there was an option for the player frame to show only my buffs. "patch 3.2"
can we get a feature that enables hiding certain buffs/debuffs/dots from the target frame. like user entered black list...i want to remove some of the passive/implicit debuffs that get on there due to an explicitly cast debuff.
nice job on the new casting monitor, only 1 issue and 1 request so far:
at first, the cast monitor would pop up whever i entered a raid, but lately i have had to go into the xperl config, disable it, then re-enable it to get it to show. not sure if this is because i have my raid frames hidden (don't need 2 raid lists), but just looking for answers to this
request is to have the casting monitor show group number, and sorting by group to go with it.
I've been using X-Perl for a few years, and this is the first time ive seen this. On my raid frames, the players health boxes have these shiny lights on them when they get debuffs and such, i have disabled the debuffs from the raid tab in the options. Ive gone through every tab there is in the options and disabled highlightings and debuffs and it wont go away. Here is a screenshot so you know what im talking about, hopefully you can help me, it annoys me when i heal.
In this case, the Thaddius fight, I see the polarity icon of each player on their respective raid frames. That's controlled by the Custom Highllights, which you can find in the X-Perl options under the Raid tab.
If you're talking about something else, then you'll have to show me on the picture.
Can I suggest something? Don't turn off the custom highlights. Go edit them instead and get rid of the ones you don't need. You probably could care less about other people's polarity on Thaddius, so I could see getting rid of this. On the other hand, there are fights where a boss puts a specific debuff on someone and that person needs healed right away. It's very nice to have the icon of that debuff show up on the raid frame of the affected person if you're a healer.
A question. I have a healer and use X-Perl with Cligue and much prefer its interface to the alternatives, like healbot or grid.
I would like to have the party members underneath my character, as i find my peripheral vision is not good enough to see whats going on if the party is on the left hand side of the screen. This works well in a raid, but in Party view using the horizontal layout, i have troubles setting it up.
Is i possible to layout the party under the char in a horizontal line... without the targets being displayed over the icon of the next party member? Or in other words can the horizontal display of the party have the targets, target-targets grow down instead of sideways?
I'm having a problem with player buffs. Recently, within the last two weeks, only two buffs on the first row show up, and the second row contains a lot more. I can't find any way to change this behavior. Does anyone know what I'm missing?
Logged over to my main, and got this as I logged in:

I was previously in a party on my alt and got a party invite almost as soon as I logged in.

Anybody have a screen shot of how to set this up? Or is this not possible?
X-perl is no longer correctly showing the talent build of the target. For example, when I target a resto shaman, it's showing up as elemental; or when I target a shadow priest, it's showing up as holy. Any chance this could be fixed please, it's very handy for PVP.
Thank you for this wonderful mod, it's my favourite unit frames addon.
Last I checked, the game doesn't let you see talents of PvP-flagged players, so what X-Perl is showing is its internal cache of a player's spec, if I'm not mistaken. And if those players have dual-specs, well... it'll be incorrect.
Pretty self explanatory...
I disabled all other addons to make sure there's no conflict.
my wow is version 3.1.3
