i'm a long-time aguf user and i recently had to switch to the new version with 3.0. i have a few things i'd like to request:
auf_rangecheck - as a raid healer i used this for a long time and found it to be an ESSENTIAL part of my setup. if i can't tell instantly if someone is too far away for heals or not i waste time trying to figure out who to heal. if anyone is taking feature requests, i think this would be a fantastic feature to implement
raid pets - ag_unitframes has never had raid pet support. pitbull and grid both support raid pets but ag never has.. this is bothersome for any fights with aoe damage (kj, m'uru, etc) as hunter pets are a major part of their damage and forcing the hunter to heal them is a loss of dps.
frames dissapearing - when dying or zoning out/in my raid or party frames dissapear. /console reloadui is required to bring them back. this is getting kind of annoying
bar/text colors - with the old ag_unitframes i was able to change the text color by class. in the new version i only see the option to change bar color by class. any chance this could someday be implemented?

Raid pets will probably come, but they will have their own window, ie. not anchor to their owner like party pets do. That should be fine though.
The raid disappearing when you zone is a known problem, and I will try to fix it as soon as possible.
Coloring the text by class should be in too, I think it is a checkbox you need to select in the text configuration. I can't remember exactly, I'll take a look.

I did try with deleting my saved vars and still the same problem.
If I knew how to post such a error I would, so if anyone can explain?

i found the range check, it works great. glad to hear that you're aware of the dissapearing frame bug too.

First, wanted to say thank you very much for all the hard work. ag_UF has been my favorite choice for the last 2yrs now.
A few things, perhaps I missed them addressed already in this thread.
1) Color Red at Aggro
I used to use auf_Banzai with the previous version, however I noticed that the new version has an option built in already. This option I have turned on for all bars in party and raid, however I noticed its not working. As a healer, this was something that I've come to rely on very heavily, especially on fights where the boss temporarily changes targets to cast things such as Gorefiend when he tosses that fire debuff. Is this a known problem or am I perhaps missing a seperate library/addon? If this is a known issue then I'll be patient and wait, just wanting to make sure its not something I didnt do. It works sometimes with the Target or Self bars, but even then its not reliable 100% of the time.
2) Party Pet bars
In order to see these bars properly, I've had to set the group "Group with" setting to "Self" as when I group with Parent, placing the bar under the owner it gets covered up by auras and I cant find anywhere to extend the offset to counter that. Is there a setting to extend the offset or padding between those 2 bars when its grouped with the parent Party bar or is how I have it set now the only way right now?
Also I got this visual bug.

Having an issue with people joining the party when in combat. Their frame stacks on top of the first party member one instead of spacing out properly, have to reload to fix it after combat is over.
How can i hide this dark transparent bar above my UF? Looks like it is for my totens or something... also i cant see the pvp icon anywhere nor how to turn it on... Is this possible?! Pls advice!
can the max health/mana from the text displays be made an option? i don't personally like current/max as a display format and that seems to be all you get if you want real numbers.
also, something about the bars seems little hard to read in comparison to the ace2 version. like sometimes i'm at low health and i don't even know it because i can't see the health bar -- i think it's a contrast issue between the bar and it's background. really bad with banto bars and not much better with armory style.
edit: oh yeah, i miss the portraits. mainly because it was an easy way to monitor a focus to see if they're still sheeped. maybe a handy module would be an imobilization debuff monitor that would throw a big icon over the entire frame indicating that target is sheeped/cycloned/blinded/etc.
edit2: nvm. i see where i can turn on the portrait module. still, it might be nice to have an imobilize debuff spotter. oh, and group #. that would be handy to see in bgs.
I Don't know why everyone is having the rangecheck issue, it works fine for me x_X (set on 40 yds distance default, being able to choose the distance would be good though, I guess)
One little suggestion is about the displayed text on healthbars. You can choose left or right, but you cannot choose the order. Like for example it would be good to have health % AFTER the global XX/YY data, something like:

- Sometimes when I'm invited in a group, not all Party-Frames are showing up - they are "invisible" (but they seem to be there because you can click on them - the target frame shows the right frame then).

Just wanted to give a short heads-up because the rangefinder plugin still doesn't work.
