I'm an oldschool priest that switched to shadow for raiding a while back. I still have all my heals set up to use Clique, a click casting mod by Cladhaire. They've always worked fine together, however now when I click where the HUD bars are (even if not visible) it will try to cast heals on me. The Clique setup allows for removal of the click casting ability on specific unit frames, however only IceHUD_TargetofTarget and IceHUD_TargetInfo frames are listed as "ignorable".
In the past, this hasn't been a problem - it's never tried to cast, but now when I'm moving my view with my mouse, targetting a close mob, looting a corpse, etc., it sometimes will start casting a heal which takes me out of shadowform.
I've posted this issue on the Clique forum as well, but I'm almost positive that the code to have Clique recognize the unit frame is contained within the unit frame mod. Any help with this would be appreciated.
My first post here.
So, i installed IceHUD today and i am more than statisfied with it. 90% replaced my X-Perl uf, but i think few things are needed: first is right-click menu on target, like on player arc; second is the ToT to be arc'ed like player and target and the last one - is focus frame arc.
With this improvements IceHUD may 101% replace any UF.
p.s. sorry for my english, hope you can understand me :)
I don't currently have any plans to add a focus bar or ToT arc bar. It starts to get really crowded really fast.
If I added a right-click menu on the target, it would break if the player and target bars were ever right next to each other, so I'm not sure if that's an option either. I'll look into your suggestions, though, and thanks for your feedback!
Due to limitations in WoW's scripting stuff, I had to create a fake rectangle beneath the health bar that serves as the clickable area. So even though the bar is curved, you can right-click anywhere within a rectangle area around the bar and still get the menu. If I added that functionality to the target bar and both bars were next to each other, your clicks would always hit one or the other, you'd never be able to reliably get the one you wanted.
However, if the health bars were separated on either side of the player, this wouldn't be an issue. I may add a clickable area for targets and have it default to off with a warning about placing the bars next to each other.
shown as target health. now if there is someone with xxxx deficit it wont show up the whole line, which is not that good as a healer (actually its only about my deficit, but still :p)
would be great if you could take a look into that text breaking stuff. thx in advance.
