Yes, it happens all the time. I've just tried logging out, deactivated every Addon i have, only StellarUF running by itself, the bug is still there.
Sometimes it appears it's okay for a while, but if you switch targets very often it's happening again. Just reproduced it after the ~10th target-switch.
I still can't reproduce it. I've added some redundancy to the code that might fix what's happening to you. Update and let me know if it works. Sorry for the troubles.

Now i can't reproduce the bug in a Major City (like Shattrath), only in other areas (like Terrokar Forest). The funny thing is, when i'm playing with an other character (hunter for example) i don't have these issues, even the Aura-Timers are working correctly.
I've sneaked into the core.lua and found some spells related to a range-check, maybe this is causing the issue on my paladin? Since i'm playing with a german (deDE) client, i've tried replacing the spells with the localisated ones, doesn't help either. Maybe here's a problem with those spells, since the 2.4 patch changed some spell-related stuff (replacing spell-names with spell-id?)?
Anyway, i'm trying to narrow things down, like resetting Interface and WTF Folders.
Hmm, if the spell localization was the problem, an error message should've popped. Is your error alert enabled? Anyway, check out the new update and let me know how it is. I hope I fixed it this time; I did a bunch of unrelated changes as well.
After adding PaintChips-2.0 to StellarUF.toc and embeds.xml the Aura-Timers Error disappeared.
And it looks like the Target-Bug disappeared aswell. Doing some more tests now.
Sigh at me... When removing PaintChips library some time ago, I forgot to change "black" to rgb values. That's all that was needed to be done. Well, I'm pretty sure this is the final solution. Thanks for the help.
As for the 38 yds, I believe saroz was talking about UnitInRange, which I don't use since it only works on raid/party members.
P.S. For error alerts, I suggest using !BugGrabber/BugSack.

Your latest fix solved the Problem on my Paladin for good, but on my Hunter a new funny 'Bug' appeared:
When you dismount, your Pet appears sometimes as "Unknown" or like in the Screenshot with it's name as Class.
It's not annoying in any way, i just wanted to tell you. Error-Alert/BugGrabber did not displayed/recorded any problem with StellarUF this time.

When switching to Desktop and returning to WoW, the background of the pet-portrait get's mixed up with weird colors.
Sometimes with activated 3D-Models you see a static image behind the animated pet-portrait aswell.
I shouldn't really post it here.
But it would be nice if you could add the new shaman totemtimers that you get with the standard blizzard uf.
Other then that, this is still my UF of choise. :)

Seems like a graphics glitch out of my control (try video settings), and the static portrait is intentional since 3D portraits sometimes disappear.

I've added totem timers in the last update. If you don't like it, there are plenty of alternative timer/buff mods that works with totems.
Your latest Update r70197 did something to the "Franklin Gothic Medium"-Font i'm using:
Look at the spacing on the class/race in both frames and compare them with the other pics i've posted in this thread.
Reverting to r68816 fixed the problem.
The Font Issue appears not on all Scale-Levels for the Full Frame. 1,00 1,02 1,04 1,06 1,08 is OK 1,10 1,12 1,14 1,16 is NOT OK 1,18 and higher is OK
Translations for "GHOST" and "DEAD" are missing for the deDE language if you want to implement them. GHOST = GEIST

I normally play a DPS class and LOVE the unit frames. They are perfect in every way.
As a healing class though, I did however notice that all my frames health just does not update fast at all compared to other UF addons. I had a friend try it out as well and he mentioned the same thing. Would love to just use StellarUF all around for every character if I could somehow figure out why its doing that for me. With pitbull, or pearl, and nurfed the hp for my party frames and target frames updated just fine.
Let me know if I need to be more clear or perhaps need to copy what I have.
Also, for the focus timer bars. I had a quick question on how to possibly make just the bars smaller since I make the focus frame pretty big. It does make the bars rather big as well and as a druid and a warlock they definitely stack up. =p

I checked out the health update and didn't notice any delay compared to the default frames or oUF. I even recorded them side-by-side using Fraps and watching it frame-by-frame. It might be the health loss fade effect either lagging you or making it look like it's slow. I added an option to disable that in the next version, which I'm still testing.
Also in the next version, the timer bars no longer scale with the unit frames.

Oops, Error Alert is disabled... After enabling it, my paladin got the Light's Grace Buff and after targeting myself this error appears:
As for the Range-Check Stuff, i think Blizzard's Default Range-Check is 38 yards anyway.

Try adjusting the scale of the frames. It didn't happen to me until then.
