OK, so i can code in lua effectivley, but i was wondering there is any specific syntax outside of lua, a sort of template at all that was needed or is it just "write your code and dump it together"?

ouf_lily is the basic template if you want to call it that. Otherwise, you just look at the other layouts available here and on wowinterface. If you know Lua it shouldn't be hard to create one.

There are a number of OUF layouts on the SVN and on wowinterface. Take a look at Rabbit's, Ammo's and Phanx's imo.

Thank you downloaded all of them and will (eventually) get around to posting my layout in the appropriate sections.
