[pitbull]can not change the position of the TOT

one of the frames (target/TOT/focus...) doesn't change its postion. it can be moved but after that it comes back to the center of the screen.

somtimes it become normal when i turn it on after turning it off. but it comes back to the center when i reloadui........

the problem is still there, even i've deleted my WTF to reset the pitbull.

only me mage has this problem. my rogue,hunter and priest are normal.

i download the pitbull from this website and update it usually.
