I've tried installing the unitframes and the addon does show up on my list when i log on to WoW.
The problem is that I get an error with something called 'Dewdrop' which seems to prevent me from seeing the unitframes.
The error looks a bit like this (I think!): Interface\Addons\ag_UnitFrames\libs\Dewdrop\Dewdrop-2.0.lua:2224: ´)' expected near ´<eof>'
I really hope some of you can help me since I'd really like to try the frames!
just tried this out, i realize it's still in beta stages, but my player and target frames are not saving position. i don't know about the other frames as i have not been in a party yet.
also i think the default scale should be about 10% bigger. like minigroup 2 the fonts are just too small at default. that or better yet changing the default font, or putting small borders around text (sage recently included this option). something to make the text more legible without having to have giant frames. or maybe you are planning text scaling in the future? ouf uses a really nice font and has text scaling. your ouf style looks great btw.
anyway, amazing job with this. also glad to see minigroup options go :D
First of all, i love the frames, they are simply the best atm for me.
A nice function tho that i would love, is a chance to only show the buffs that you can give the group.
As a Shaman (and maby pallys would have use of it too) i want to see if my group members have my totem buffs, without seeing all the other buffs that i can do nothing about.
Since the totemrange is 30Y for me, it would be really nice to see quicky if the members do get my buff. I trust that the other classes buffed my group with the needed buffs, so i only want to see my totems. And pallys might want to see if their aura is in range.
Dont know how hard it is to implement, but it would be sweet :)
One of my pet peeves was a lack of ToTT on MG2, was hoping you could add that option to this unit frame. I'm not looking for a full bar or another frame, just a name really. It really helps out when I'm healing the MT to know if the aggro has swapped. Maybe just have it sit underneath the bottom right corner of the ToT frame?
-Possibility to make the name have the class color instead of the health bar
I'll vote for the mana bar as another alternative here. And note that the name automatically turns the class color when you turn the mana bar off (at least, if I recall right.) Which makes a certain amount of sense, but doesn't work so well if the health bar is the class color.
I understand this mod is still in its early development.
And I think its unusable for me atleast, until you add so essential things like combat mode notifier and combat text (I mean like those numbers on your portrait, for how much you taking damage etc). :)
