It's about the way the health-text is displayed on the players frame.
What I want is to display two Informations. BaseHP and HPLost. Like that: "2138 | -X".
A basic tag to do this would be:
[MaxHP] | [MissingHP:Negate:Red]
Or, if you want it to be a little "smarter" and hide the second part when the person is at full health (i.e. just show max health):
I'm an x-perl convert (loving PitBull) but the two things that I miss are
1) #players currently targeting my target (assisting me), on the target frame, and
2) #healers targeting me, on the player frame
Not sure if it's in a module I have disabled, or just not currently a feature due to whatever reasons (like overhead). I found it very useful for determining if our raid DPS is split, and the reason for seeing the # of healers targeting the player should be obvious :). Thanks.

Mm, you could use DogTags to customize. I've found there is at least NumTargetting that you could use to see how many people are targetting your target.
Not sure about the healers though, not a bad idea. Maybe the DogTags will be expanded later with some more useful tags.
I've added support for weapon buffs. By default, it will show with the actual spell icon, however you can change it to behave like the Blizzard buff frame and show the weapon icon.
Weapon buffs do not show any timers. I've turned on the numbers in Pitbull, but it doesn't show. Would be nice if it worked same as for normal buffs.
Another question;
Is it possible to get an option to only show your debuffs on the target? I found the option to filter on your class and that means I see the other rogues posions and dots on the target, which I dont want. I just want to see my debuffs.

Weapon buffs don't show timers by design. The problem I have with showing timers is that I don't know a method of finding the duration of the buff, so you can't show the cooldown spirals.
I can, however, show time time remaining in the "Cooldown Text". It will be empty, though, for weapon buffs from totems.

If you want a real list and not just the count you can have a look at TargetCheck (http://wow.de.curse.com/downloads/details/3649/), it would be great if we had a better alternative but there are currently none that I know of :/ (it works but...)
Is there an option to hide the focus frame automatically if the focus unit is dead?
If not, should I add it to the whish list or is it enough to mention here that I'd like to see this option? ;-)
btw: ckknight, do you sometimes read through the whish list? There are some very good feature request, especially mine ;-)
I went through all of the different configurations, all of them still had the portrait Height and Position grayed out.
Are you going via each unit's menu, or via the "All Units" menu?
Are portraits enabled? Are they showing at all?
The portraits show up fine. I have fallback, fullbody, side, and style options available through the units menu. In the All Units menu, I can do fallback, fullbody, and style.
After playing with it more, I find that the height and position options are usable if the portraits position is in the center. I'd really like to have those options while the portrait is on the side.
Thank you for helping me troubleshoot this, it's much appreciated.
Just saw the post by Trinsec (little slow today), so nevermind
Not sure why, but there is a pet buff that is not showing up on my pet frame... but shows up on ArcHud when I target my pet.
The buff is from the food Sporeling Snack. Its a level 55 food so I cannot see if its just an issue on my hunter, but it does not show up on PitBull frame with the Warlock Pet.
I've been trying to find a way to show the health that I'm happy with and with and after many hours tinkering with the DogTag I've finished. However, (as ever) there's one little thing I'm not happy with and I'm sure it's pretty obvious how to solve the problem to somebody that understands DogTag better than me. What I want is for the health to be displayed like so:

'NumTargeting' is the correct spelling.

Enable configuration mode.

They get enabled when you've put their side on 'center'.

Thanks for the great mod.
When you know the health value (MobHealth):
When you don't know the health value:
The code I've come up with is:
Basically, it does everything I want it to but it shows the brackets around the percentage on targets that I don't know the health value on:
Although I could live with this, I'd prefer it if somebody could give me a code that did what I would like it to look like.
