Is there any reason why it seems like different features of Pitbull keep disabling themselves? I've noticed that on several occasions, my blank bar has disabled itself so I can't see certain names / levels. I also have to occasionally reload my profile for a certain bar every now and again because it changes and doesn't look correct.
Simply replace the tga file in the ComboPoints module folder with the texture you want.
Sorry I guess i meant being able to have larger combo point icons. I'm coming from insomniax discord frames and the icons for combo points were a good centimeter across ... i kinda like that
Why is my target of party member frame 'blinking' when i have it set to 0 opacity when out of combat?
That blinking is driving me crazy.
You probably have both the RangeCheck and CombatFader modules enabled. They tend to "fight" over the opacity of the unit frames. You can really only use one or the other.
You don't even need Quartz to see the breath bar. ;) But if you want to edit it/move it around, then yes, Quartz does handle the mirror bar (the bar that shows how much breath you have left).
is there any way to add in a debuff that isn't specific for your class and have it show on targets (such as Thunderfury) without disabling all filtering?
i'm a warrior - i use thunderfury sometimes, and it would be nice to see the debuff pop up under the target, but i don't need to see everyone else's dots, etc.
(i'd also like to see certain curses on mobs too at times)
i looked and couldn't find an option to add debuffs to be shown. (perhaps something like SraidFrames where you can filter out all spells and then add in others to be shown)
Is there a way to somehow lock a party member's pet to his frame? Usually if I have a toon with a pet join the party, his pet comes up somewhere around the party frames, but it's not locked into position with the toon itself... If another member joins and the one with the pet gets bumped down, the pet stays up where it was... it's just annoying. I've already changed the spacing between my party members, nice how it keeps them all together if I need them to be... now I'm just curious about party members' pets.
The aura code is really killing this unitframe mod for me. The interface lag introduced when I enable the display of debuffs on an enemy target ( which in a raid, can end up being quite a few debuffs) is really, really unworkable. While enabling debuff filtering resolves the stuttering it's not really a great solution because I can't see if a mob has sunders up, or curse of tongues, etc...
I very much agree with this. I had to disable the aura module because there were so many display bugs... I really love pitbull but how do you play w/out buff/debuff info?
I'm sorry but i don't want to read 23 pages to find if my problem exist.
On my screen it display raid & party frames. But when i enter in a donjon, party frames disappear. I must reload my UI to get them back.
But if I don't reload UI and I try to resize Party Frames, instead of anything move, some of raid frames are resize.
I hope you will fix this issue.
PS : Sorry for this bad english, I'm french :s
I'm not quite sure if I understand you right, but, I know my party frames disappear for a moment on changing the members of the party (adding, removing, etc) and also when switching to raid frames. Mine always show back up though! Using the latest version?

Almost positive this function doesn't exist, try the wishlist.

If I remember correctly, I don't think any frame replacement addon can do this at the moment, due to a change blizzard made in the party frames, or something like that. Answer's somewhere in this thread though, for sure.

I have portrait enabled, but can on change its position or relative height. Those options are greyed out.
Am I doing something wrong? I'd like to put it in my black bar, which is in the middle of my power and health bars.
Alternativly, I would like to put buffs/debuffs in the blank bar. Is it possible to get the 'position' option under aura's instead of 'side'?
Portraits can only be resized manually when side is set to "center" position. Otherwise, they scale with the size of the entire frame. To achieve the effect you want, change your portrait's side to center, and then you can move your health and mana bars to the positions you want.
Currently, auras can only be displayed outside of the frame. I hit up the wishlist for the ability to put them inside the frame, but ck's a busy guy :P

As a sort of temporary fix for this... you can go to \interface\addons\pitbull_combopoints (this directory may appear underneath pitbull, depending on how you downloaded and installed pitbull). Open the file called ComboPoints.lua (if you don't have a lua editor, you can use wordpad).
Once this is opened, go to line 133 (or, search for the following without the quotes: "local function comboTexture_set(value)", then find the line that says combo:SetWidth). If you change the value on width and height to 25, that will make the combo points 1.5 times larger than they currently are. You can do bigger, but don't go too big, or they'll cover your whole screen :P
The above works for the "default" combo points, and you'll have to change it anytime you update Pitbull. I don't use the bars, so I don't know if changing the width and height on the bars (follows directly after, under "else") will have similar results.
I'd post this on the wish list, but I'm a 35 year old stay at home mother who's wiki illiterate.
Any chance of ever being able to move the party frames individually? Meaning, not as an entire group? Reason I ask is because currently, only Discord provides this feature, AGUF used to, but also does not anymore and I would give donuts and chocolate if it were possible with pitbull.

Just turn on configuration mode (for party) and set the partypet spacing so that they line up with the party frames. ie, partypet1 next to party1, partypet2 next to party2, etc. If your party member gets bumped down, their pet will get bumped down as well. You probably just can't tell by the way you have party pets spaced atm.

1. Enable the changing of text colors (I've looked and looked but can't figure out how).
2. Enable the changing of bar textures bar by bar. (The global config is nice, but I'd really like to be able to set textures differently on certain frames (raids/parties))
Thank you for this awesome addon. Pitbull and Quartz have replaced XPerl and CBRipoff.
1. Enable the changing of text colors (I've looked and looked but can't figure out how).
You can do this via DogTag modifiers. For example, set the Name text to "Custom" and define it as [Name:Yellow]. Or you could use [CurHP:HPColor] to change the color of your health depending on how low you are (green -> red). Check out the dogtag wiki for more info.

Yes, there is. You need to enable the Druid Bar module in the Pitbull menu.
Try Quartz for that.
Bump this question. Anyone know?
