I don't know if this has been covered already but i have a problem with the texts (specifically name texts):
As shown in the picture, my name clips with the class. Also, in the ToT frame (small one) the name is larger than the frame.
I don't remember this happening before. If the name was going to clip, or go off the frame it would be "Drenaba..." but i wiped my settings and now it happens. Is there a setting i am missing?
You can add :Trunc(#) at the end of a tag in order to truncate it to a specific number of spaces. For example, Name:Trunc(7).
As for a question of my own, I've searched around the thread and wiki and haven't found much about buff filtering. As a shaman, the only buff I'm interested in seeing on raid frames is Earth Shield. However, with buff filtering checked and all buffs besides Earth Shield unchecked, I continue to see the icons for other shaman's totems on my raid frames. I'm not sure if I've missed something or if this is a bug, but has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
The aura code is really killing this unitframe mod for me. The interface lag introduced when I enable the display of debuffs on an enemy target ( which in a raid, can end up being quite a few debuffs) is really, really unworkable. While enabling debuff filtering resolves the stuttering it's not really a great solution because I can't see if a mob has sunders up, or curse of tongues, etc...
Hi,I am a Chinese player and I very like this addone.For the Pitbull I do some localization work(Chinese language).I hoped the development will be able to apply them in the lateredition.On behalf of Chinese player to thank you!
For localizaiton,I chang some lines in PitBull_MetaLayout.lua

if (name == "Class" or name == "Health" or name == "Name" or name == "Power" or name == "Combo" or name == "Experience" or name == "Reputation" or name == "Threat" or name == "combatText" ) then

MetaLayout.options.desc[id] = L["Customize the %s text."]:format(L[name])
MetaLayout.options[id] = textOptions(id, name, textOptionsArg)

If don't do this ,When I use Custom Text(eg.[raidgroup]),I'll error

Is there any way to clone/include a second of a certain element in a frame? I like to keep most of the info outside of the health and mana bars, so I have a blank space included in my layout above my health bar, but I can only fit so much inside it. If I could place a second blank bar below the first, it would clear up a lot of room, but if there's a way to do so I haven't found it yet. Thanks.
I did a search and couldn't really find anything on this.
Is there any way to show everyone who is soulstoned in a raid? Right now, I can only get it to show who I've soulstoned. I know perfectRaid and sRaidFrames can do this, but has anyone gotten it to work in PitBull?
I dont know about cloneing, I wish I did would have made last night go a lot faster. as for showing a soulstone in a raid I dont think pitbull does that yet (unless you wanna write the module).
I was curios, last night I went about batty trying to seperate my group unit frames in pitbull is it possible? I mean I know you can change the grow directions and spacing and such (if only I could have had another 100 pixels of grow room) but can you just break them up to move them around seperately?
figures, eh i found a work around i post a screen shot in the ui thread (let me know what you think). any way to add some more distance to have far you can seperate the frames? say like... 400 or 500 instead of 300?
loving this addon, not having any aura issues, but I use a hud and don't raid :P
I just started the netherwing line where you turn into an orc and am noticing that in the portrait it turns to full body, not just head. i noticed this before, but thought it was a fluke, thinking back i only remember it happening with orcs(whatever my memory is worth :P). i tried updating with WAU, but it looks like my copy is up to date. anyone having this issue? I'll nuke my saved var prob as well as see if my wifes has the same prob :)
any chance, you could add an option to set Frame strata induvidually per frame, or making "Blank Space" able to be clicked through? i made my targetstarget use the blank space of the target frame, looks decent imo, but i cant click it now :/
Whenever I move my party frames (and possibly others, but those are the only ones I move around regularly), 3D portraits get messed up. Instead of showing peoples' faces, it shows their waists.
Toggling portraits off and back on for party frames fixes it until the next time I move the frames.
not me too much either, I have a new appreciation for the graphics seeing there faces up close ( i zoom waaay out ):) thanks for saving my saved var though! *removes finger from red button and closes clear plartic door*

It works for me, I can see if anyone is soulstoned by me or other warlocks in raid. I have the raid buff filtering enabled, only Soulstone Resurrection and Blood Pact set to show.
I was under the impression that Pitbull doesn't make the distinction between buffs you cast yourself and buffs casted by players of same class as you, has that changed?
just updated pitbull last night (AWESOME mod btw, another convert from Xperl) but i'm getting these annoying two errors relating to the threat mod -

Yeah, adding a new text field with just [Guild] should work.
and one more question...could i get the targets castbar outside the frame
