I've rolled back to 35469.1002, and the problem is reduced somewhat, i still get pauses for about 5 seconds when joining battlegrounds, and i get a half to one second "freeze" when dismounting with my warlock, which i'm assuming has something to do with the pet auto summoning. Not sure if that'll help any or not :)
has not happened to me with my aguf setup at all, but has happened to 4 of my guilds aguf user's and to one of our(shudder)ct user's, however i was testing pitbull out for someone and it did happen with pitbull (but only when i swapped layouts), reports seem to indicate massive memory usage figures (7meg+) underload when joining a new battleground.
Yes, same here. I believe someone told me to download and update Ace2 framework, which fixed it for pitbull. Not sure about AGUF because I'm too lazy to setup my bars again :|
It's very odd to say the least, it happened to me last night in TK. I tried disabling my AGUF and logging in but the problem persisted. Eventually i just logged in with BT3 on and used ACP to manually enable each addon ingame. In the end i was running everything except AGUF.
I can confirm it's happening to me if I'm in a BG and I *RELOG*. Doing /rl doesn't make it happen, very strange stuff.
I've tried a couple of times to join one bg and then jump to another bg (ie. wsg -> ab and then ab -> av). wsg->ab wasn't so bad (5-10s lockup), ab->av gave me up to 30s lockup)
All the times have given me a lockup for 5-15s and aguf memory usage shoots through the roof.
Think I grabbed some screenshots of it last night, will check when I get back from work.
When joining a battle ground, summoning a minion, relogging during a raid, dismounting with my warlock and the pet appears. All those cause the game to lag for some random amount of time, the longest has been 3 minutes.
Also would like to say, it doesn't affect me in the world so much, because spike only seems to happen the first time I summon a minion/dismount after death. Ofcourse in BGs, arenas and learning bosses in raids, it can be quite frustrating.
Love ag_unitframes atm to disable it ^^, but it has lost us a good few arena games where I summon my minion in the start area and the game lags until the match is basically over.
The problems completely dissapear when ag_unitframes is disabled.
happened to my after patch 2.1 on
tried all version after 5/21, its happened all times
even with patch today 5/31
it laggy happened most time that u join a raid suddently
like wsg av ab such battleground
or a raid that already more then 6 ppls, its freeze u while loading something
only way to fix it is put restart button...
sometimes im luck i could go system management to shut my wow down.
once i found after i join a BG i chech management,
the memory used from wow start from 300 too 600 in 30 sec
then my wow automatic shut down
so i guess there is a dead loop?

pls fix it, aguf is prefect unit frames!

Problem persists however if i do disable frames in raid/party all lag and freezing ceases. Doesnt seem to make a difference what other addons i have on or not. I clearly have more solid freezes (have to quit with task manager) when loading into games in progress, and a long LAG soft freeze when its a new BG. I have used process of elimination and it seems specific to ag_UF, but is not limited to it exclusively. I highly recommend disabling the frames in parties/raids to limit your hanging.
