An option to hide Blizzard's default mouse over window like in tip buddy or tinytip. Since there is a built in mouse over window in pitbull, there is no need for Blizzard's default.
I and a friend are playing Arena atm, with latest Pitbull we get #132 error when leaving arena after winning. After installing 39408 I get no more of those errors.
I am using no-ext, LoD and usually updating with WAU.
Does this go for auras as well? Or raid changes only.
Edit: Just got a quick question: Whats the update-speed on frames such as target/player/etc., and is it possible to change this?
Well, the aura events don't reveal much, so they basically have to be updated fully whenever the event fires. This is throttled, though.
Wrt update-speed for target/player/etc. There isn't a "speed", it updates when events fire. So if nothing happens, nothing updates. If something happens, it'll update.

Thanks a lot for all your hard work!
You know, that's a good point. I use TipBuddy but now that I think about it, I could just modify the text tags on the mouseover frame to show guild name and it would show all of the same info.
I'm wondering if one of the tooltip addons will let you just turn off the mouseover tooltip for units altogether. Such functionality would be far beyond Pitbull's scope in any case.

Tinytip does this. There's a "Hide tooltip for Unit Frames" option.

If you enable the mouseover target it would just be fair and square to have a toggle for the default tooltip, and not out of Pitbulls scope imo. :)

OK - I thought there was some setting for this way back in the days (early aguf days) but I guess it got changed it with the new lua. Thanks anyway - I will give the updated version a go on sundays raid and see how the aura module performs.
Hi,
Something strange in latest build: When someone leaves the party, the yellow star raid icon appears
on some remaining party member frames. Sometimes one frame, sometimes a few of them, including party pets. Never saw that before.
With latest version off svn, i get the following error when for pretty much all frames:
There was an error with the layout "ABF", preventing the frame for "target (although it does it for all frames)" to be shown properly. Please inform the author:
Interface\AddOns\PitBull\Layouts\ABF.lua:869:PitBullTexture24:SetPoint(): trying to anchor to itself
I just updated, and now I get the following error over and over again, everytime I target something:
Pitbull: There was an error with the layout "ABF", preventing the frame for "target" to be shown properly. Please inform the author. Interface\AddOns\Pitbull\Layouts\ABF.lua:869:PitbullTexture32:SetPoint():trying to anchor to itself.
Don't know if this has been asked/answered before but hotile targets and MT targets have a yellow border and i couldn't find out how to turn it off (border is already turned off).
Thanks in advance.
I was wondering if it is possible to keep a custom layout file without having to add it to the pitpull.toc file manually after every update.
I have modified to oUF file to suit my needs and renamed it, but it wont load unless I add it to the toc file. This isnt much of a problem, but whenever I update the toc file gets overwritten and I have to readd it.
