An additional option for normal or thick outlines for the fonts would be fabulous. PitBull works well for me; with an outlined font option it would be perfect. :p
I've noticed Pitbull is no longer drawing differently colored borders for Rares and Elites. I have Tooltip-style borders on for the Target frame, and they display normally for regular NPCs. If I target a Rare or Elite the border disappears completely, as though I set the frame to "No Border". I tried checking/unchecking the relevant options to no effect. This is with version 36695.
Something is terrible atm with Pitbull. Really huge lagg in SSC. When i use Aura Module and maybe all anyway its a freeze each 30sec.
If i disable Aura Module i get "big" bad freeze when i enter and leave combat.
i get this problem as well
I'm getting this problem in Gruul's lair, however not in Karazhan. Seems that the Aura module doesn't scale very well...
i had serious issues with this in SSC tonight, not sure what specifically caused it, but it definately was pitbull (disabling fixes it). It also hitched during my BG's. It is much much worse when I'm in a raid, not even noticable solo.
For some reason, PitBull is blocking Auctioneer's EnhTooltip from loading after logging in/relogging. What is the problem?
Updated: and TankPoints tooltip is blocked too :/

I can also confirm that at least the aura module causes frequent hickups.
Furthermore, the BarFader plugin could use some tuning. When it's enabled and smooth value is checked, switching target causes a small delay (determined by your set fade time value) to updating the target's health/mana. You can live with it, but it's annoying and noticeable even if you set the fade time to minimum - especially for healers.

edit: and how i can enable party only in raids. dont wanna full raid to be displayed.
if i disable raid module. party is gone too if i am in raid. also it seems i have the same issue like the guy below. lag spikes.
oh i just reloaded ui and pitbull is gone. now i see blizzard frames. :((((
I registered in hopes of finding some kind of resolution to my issue.
I've been having an awful time with Pitbull lately. When I have debuff aura enabled on the target frame and multiple new debuffs are thrown up my fps is lagging like hell. The second I clear my target or turn off the debuff aura for the target frame all my lag problems go away. I've pretty much disabled everything I could for debuffs, like sorting, highlighting, etc and it isn't helping at all. Also when I drop combat in the raid I freeze for a second. I've talked to others in my guild using Pitbull and they seem to have this problem as well. I've seen people complain about it in this thread but so far it looks like it has not been an acknowledged issue by the development team. So for the past few nights I've been raiding without debuffs enabled. Kind of a pain in the ass when you have Winter's Chill or Imp. Scorch to keep up on a boss.
I really like Pitbull and would prefer to keep using it, but the game freezing slightly everytime new debuffs are thrown up is a real turn off. To further clarify how I discovered the issue was with the debuff auras, I noticed my game would freeze during trash when everyone is stacking debuffs, so I would retarget my focus (I'm a mage and sheep stuff in Serpentshrine, Tempest Keep, etc) and the lag would instantly go away. Retarget something everyone else is on and debuffing would instantly cause the game to start freezing again. Any kind of help would be most appreciative.
Yeah I've been using PerfectRaid for weeks instead of PitBull's raid frames. I'm surprised as well that the authors haven't acknowledged the issue yet - I'm guessing they don't use their own raid frames, or they don't raid.
As other people already mentioned Pitbull's main module is stopping other addons from working. This includes Rating Buster and Quartz as far as i know. Disable Pitbull and problem is fixed. Any way to fix this ?

Agreed... it is blocking the entire Auctioneer package it seems. With no errors.... so no idea how I can assist on this side to help squish this bug.
I have not had problems running RatingBuster and Quartz with Pitbull, so it's not a universal problem at least. Maybe it's specific to certain locales? I'm enUS.

Could also be some obscure tainting issue?
I also have PitBull/RatingBuster/Quartz/Auctioneer/etc running with no issues (enUS). That's not a help to those *with* issues, but maybe it is a locale thing as you suggested.
I usually get that error, not a big deal anyway since i reload and its ok but its just to let yu know:

Im on enGB or what it is called (EU-EN), but but but... It only happens on 2 of my chars (My druid is one). The others are fine. Deleting all the addons and reinstalling dos'nt make any difference (running with Standalone Libraries).

You said you fixed it on page 2 or so did it get broke again ?

Any fixes? or is it in the works?
I use r36695
Edit: Added this to the wiki WishList as well.
