"The memory could not be 'read'." File permissions problem. Likely corrupt WTF file or corrupt download. Dump your Cache folder first, as that could be it. Try WTF next, and if it still happens, then redownload.
There's a post on WoWi referring to Pitbull in relation to this issue.
Well the general rule is that addons shouldn't be able to crash the client, but until the underlying issue is identified
maybe by backtracking it would be found what it is that the client doesn't like.
I recently changed from aguf to pitbull.. And i love it.
Until this happens.
When the 5th person joins my party. Wow crashes.
Straight back to desktop with an error like "memory could not me read"
I never had any problem before like this. If i skip pitbull the stuff works.
Using the latest build from today actualy.
Ive been runnin memtest, wow repair and it is no problem with my wow basictly..
Now i dont know how to make those nifty lil text squares so this will be quite alot of text below. Postin from the crash log.
This is definitely not an isolated case. I've now talked with 3 other people having the exact same issue. My bet? If you're having it, in your World of Warcraft/Errors folder, your crashes started on the 14th of June, 2007.
It's getting more and more difficult to track down. I thought I had it, then today? Not a single crash. I've tried both AV & WSG as test subjects, and nothing... more will tell as the day goes on.
Alright, back to testing.
EDIT: Crashed upon last battleground spot getting filled. While in combat.

This CTD error started on 5/28/07 for me, and I have currently 21 error reports since then. The last time I crashed was on 6/4/07. I was getting these crashes for awhile and I found two things seemed to coincide with my crashing.
First, it only ever happened to me when I used WAU to download Pitbull (when WAU splits PB into packages). I found if I downloaded Pitbull directly from files.wowace.com, and left it in its default single folder, I wouldnt seem to have a problem.
Second, if I disabled any of the default modules, it would result in a crash upon the next loading.(whether into an instance/console reload/relogging). Since then I have manually updated Pitbull by visiting the download site. I have also stopped disabling modules, and instead just deactived whatever I don't want to use specifically on each unit frame.
It's been 12 days since I started doing this and I've yet to crash again. Somehow I have to think its related to the modules being LoD.
I currently run with !!!StandAloneLibraries (NO-EXT).
I suggest doing a fresh install, be sure to delete the addon and also anything that references to Pitbull in your WTF/Account/SavedVariables directory.
I've now gone in and out of WSG 10 times, something with any build past the 16th is impossible. However, using r39408.1046 (I chose this revision as this is immediately previous to when my crashes started) I am stable as a rock. No crashes, no errors, nothing. I've even restored my saved variables (I had previously deleted them), and no errors what so ever.
That's definitely strange on how it's happening. All my #132 CTD errors started on 5/28 (I started a whole new compilation from scratch) and I couldn't figure it out for the most part. I've spent a lot of time doing WSG/AB with my current setup and as I mentioned, I haven't had any crash issues since 6/4. I still update everything daily(even multiple times in one day), and I don't know what to say anymore. There has to be some conflict somewhere between Pitbull and another Ace2 mod. I still think it has to do with the modules somehow, but I know diddly about LUA, so take what I said with a grain of salt.
When you tried this out, have you left everything at defaults?
EDIT: Of those, the ones that are struck thru have not updated since 6-13.
That's our shared list. We're both accessing those addons. Curious though how stepping back my pitbull rev solved the issue for me.
Argh, this whole thing is driving me insane trying to figure it out. But in an attempt to have a stable system for our raids, this is something I must figure out.
More later I guess...

I was playing WoW (grouped, doing nothing special) when the following crash occured (probably when group members left the group):

Note the Ace20Frame reference in the memory dump? Can it be an Ace2 based Unitframes add-on related crash? I'M using PitBull right now.
usually when i would zone into or out of an arena match, didnt happen every time though
I don't have Aloft and Squeenix, but I have PitBull... maybe we have a clue here?
Well the general rule is that addons shouldn't be able to crash the client, but until the underlying issue is identified
maybe by backtracking it would be found what it is that the client doesn't like.

Out of curiousity Malice, what rev are you running?
I suggest doing a fresh install, be sure to delete the addon and also anything that references to Pitbull in your WTF/Account/SavedVariables directory.
Download: http://files.wowace.com/PitBull/
It's weird though since it only crashes *sometimes* on zoning out of a BG.
Definitely an issue with a newer rev.
Steps I have tried thus far:
r40261.packed = Crash
r40261.unpacked = Crash
r40261.packed (SavedVars wiped) = Crash
r40261.unpacked (SavedVars wiped) = Crash
r39408.1046.unpacked (SavedVars wiped) = Stable
r39408.1046.unpacked = Stable
I'm continuing attempts to force a crash on r39408.1046, 10 examples isn't as large a pool as I'd like to have for a definitive. More as it updates.
When you tried this out, have you left everything at defaults?
For the savedvar wipes, yes.
