i'd love this too, but i THINK they do it this way in order to keep it all "Load on Demand" per module. i dont like having 170 folders in my addons directory, and in my addons listing (at charselect) but what can ya do.
i would like to know about Prat's implementation of LoD. he's got one Prat folder, then a Prat_AutoLoD folder, Prat_Modules, and Prat_Modules_AutoLoD folders, and he says it's all load on demand still. even if we could get bigwigs/carto/pitbull/all the libs/etc down to 4 folders each, it would be better than it is now.
but like i said, ill basically put up with anything to keep it load on demand :)
edit: i was mistaken, i dont have 170 folders, i now have 222 rofl.
Yeah, it's to make them load on demand. Unless you have serious issues with resources, you can move them back into their folders or download them directly from files.wowace.com. I only have one folder for each.
If you actually read these board or tried the search feature you would already know the answer.
If you are using WAU, first download the latest version. No other version will be supported in any way.
Then go to your addon directory and create a folder named .nounpack
Reinstall your addons and WAU not unpack any packages.
And, since you will fail to use search and come back and say "But windows won't let me make a folder named .nounpack"
Start > Run > CMD
Less than 5 minutes spent looking for this issue would have resulted in 2 dozen topics that already cover it. The addons are designed to work this way to allow you to only enable only the options you actually want to use.
People need to stop crying about all the folders in thier addon folder. The number of folders means nothing, and if 100 or 200 mb or even 10x that is a storage issue for you, get a new computer or stop using addons.
