I could be wrong but I believe that this problem might be related to SUF, has never ever happened before.

Yes, I believe it's SUF's problem after I fixed the tainting issue in TargetBuffs, and I think I know how to fix it.

I still don't have time to work on modding though, if you find it annoying you may comment out the TargetBuffs.xml in toc to remove the extra buff slots functionality.

Just want to confirm the error since I'm having it too :-)
