well ok.. Just thought it would be nice to predefine the groups in the default.lua since I do A LOT of wtf deletes and test addons out :D
Well thx anyways .. quess I am gonna have to do the last bit with the raidsets ingame :(
Also as a sidenote.. would be nice to have the chose raidset option in the mainmenu. Not the part where you select which groups goes with what but the part where you select which set to use :D
Also Since I am not supposed to edit the default.lua is it possible that you could make some more groups. I am really only missing the HEALER,DPS,TANKS options so I added those myself. Could also be pretty cool with a kind of perfect raidlayout with all in one row. On that note it could be cool maybe to have the option to divide into rows also, like 1,2,3 rows etc :D
This is why I would need to be able to predefine the raidsets.. I've added like 4-5 different views. Would be really cool if I could assign them only to show with other raidsets then the default set "1"
Well otherwise really great addon.. Bin using it a LONG time now :D
I would like to also apologies for editing the default.lua... Its just that I have some guildies that it would take ages to explain how to get this working and I would have to answer a lot of questions.
This way I can simply say in a bossfight.. All healers change to raidset 8 for this fight and I would have included a default raidset 8 in the default.lua where the sorting used would be beneficial for this fight :D
Gonna start making the raidsets for my guild now .. Gonna make it all easy breezy
Could you perhaps explain how to use the raid group filters in the dropdown menu? This is really the only untransparant thing to me about AG_unitframes, I'm just not sure what I can fill into the box you get when you use the dropdown menu to make healers/dps/tank groups like there were before :)

I've been toying around with the the raidoptions in ag and made several new groups as standard so it's not just group 1-8.
My question is.. How do I get the Raidset to work so I can predefine what group goes to what set.
Here is what I am talking about when editing the ag_defaults.lua
hmm you shouldn't change that file, you should use the dropdown menu. Anyway the groups will work out fine if you do not specify groupsets for them.

If you want a group that contains all raid subgroups, you should use the groupFilter="1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8".
If you want to set the raidsets for a group in the defaults file, you should do:
Just an example, but that's how it looks.
