I updated to most recent ag_unitframes, but still have no "debuff-highlighting" (i.e. colored frame when a raid member is poisoned).
Can someone confirm this issue or tell me if your frames are still working as intended ?;) That way I know to find the error someonewhere else, probably :)
I remember it working last time I played, dunno I'll double check, but if you have the aura filter option checked you will only see colors for those you can remove yourself.
I play a Shaman myself and have the aura filter enabled (aura / debuffs inside frame), to make sure I only see poison & diseases. Till revision 24908 that worked like a charm and the light coloring of the frames was a great help to "spot" the inflicted.
What I tried so far to "solve" it :
- deleted saved variable (ag_unitframes.lua) in wtf
- tried different layouts (for raids I usually use the CTRA layout)
- updated all libraries by hand (that usually are embedded in every revision of your mod)
The icon for each debuff (poison / disease) is shown, just the frame self is not highlighted light green anymore.
No big deal, but incase it's a bug I thought to let you know :)
Update :Just installed r25103 to see if that one works better. Unfortunately now, I noticed, positions of unitframes (raid, party) are reset each relog / UIReload. Still checkin if I am just really messing something up with aguf, these days. Usually never had an issue.
I seem to be having the opposite problem, just updated and no matter what I do I can't disable debuff highlighting. :|
I have that issue too. I turn it off because it is too distracting to me, and now despite being unchecked it is on again >.<
Add me to that list too - I can't disable it for the life of me and being a warlock throwing dots around the highlight can be very distacting on the target frame.

Yep I've having the exact opposite of the OP's problem, I had it off by default, and now its stuck 'on'. Will try the above posters fix ... I thought I was going crazy lol.
Also having the same issue, perma-on. Wondering if there's a way to disable the feature for mobs / enemy targets, but keep it enabled for friendlies. Would be helpful for decursing purpose.
